@cindyparker8264 I first found out everthing I could about glp1. It's produced in a human gut, and tells your brain you are not hungry; so I lost weight by some exercise and not eating as much, but getting nourishment and not by starving myself. Semiglutides, like Ozempic, are artificial glp1. I work to limit big pharma in my life, I even mute their commercials. There's alot out there about natural glp1, found in certain foods. Every human gut is different. So i researched what foods have glp1 and made meals around them. I use some of Bobby's protein powders and sometimes add to them. This channel does touch on glp1 but there are others also. Getting these into your diet will definitely keep you full, same as Ozempic. Also, I loved my wine and finally was able to limit it alot; empty calories 🙂

If it helps your wallet. Health advice is not definitive for everyone. Me personally I prefer fresh wild caught salmon over the can version. So what is best for your wallet.
A can of tuna is cheaper.
ABSOLUTELY BOBBY!
I changed my diet about a year ago to produce my own glp1 NO BIG PHARMA
I've lost 50 lbs, and lowered my a1c so no longer prediabetic!
Get a life razorrich
What is this? Tell me more. Need to lose weight as well.
So i researched
what foods have glp1 and
made meals around them. I use some of Bobby's protein powders and sometimes add to them. This channel does touch on glp1 but there are others also. Getting these into your diet will definitely keep you full, same as Ozempic.
Also, I loved my wine and finally was able to limit it alot; empty calories 🙂
I researched natural glp1 in foods, instead of Ozempic. Also I use some of Bobby's protein powders. Both tell your brain your not hungry naturally and good nourishment.
Thanks for sharing
This is rich coming from a guy who charges 3x the average price for his protein powder LMAO
$3 a serving is too expensive. It's way more expensive to buy all those ingredients, and then put them together yourself; I've tried, way more expensive.
Plus grassfed beef collagen every day has beaten my osteoarthritis and cancelled knee surgery!
@@IMTukkiIt's very expensive. You can buy better protein powder for $1 a serving.
You're just mad you can't afford it
@CaiusMartius-gf8 guess my HMO is bogus too, don't think so. They6in the business of keeping me alive and not for a profit.

Wild blueberries wouldn't have pesticides but what exactly is a wild blueberry?
I have oatmeal every morning with frozen blueberries from Costco. I also add in fresh ground flax seed and psyllium husk.
GREAT idea, thank you!
I heard that oatmeal is not a healthy food to eat. Dr. S. Gundry said that. 😊
@@christschild818 I'm aware and lots of others say it is great to eat. I have been eating it for breakfast for over 20 years and it has done wonders for my bloodwork. TO each his own.
Dr. Michael Gregor says oatmeal is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It’s also a prebiotic. I eat oatmeal with frozen blueberries and flaxseed meal almost every morning.
Try adding walnuts too for an added boost of nutrients with a drizzle of healthy oil or pat of butter mixed in. Helps everything absorb well and digest. Don't forget to eat with citrus to absorb the iron.
Why not Bob’s Red Hill “steel” oats? They are healthier and I think they cost the same.
Thrive has good stuff, but the savings on food turned out to be offset by the shipping cost. But if you can afford it ... they're a good company with good customer service. Careful KETO folks ... oatmeal is very high in carbs.
Not understanding why you're paying for shipping. I'm homebound most of my days, a neighbor goes for me to local market for frozen and fresh. But Thrieve prices for health items cant be beat
Over $49 ships free, under $6 for shipping if not over $49
Even if I wasn't homebound that's cheaper than maintaining and gas for a car.
?!
@@IMTukki Maybe their terms have changed. I tried them several years ago and the shipping offset the savings on food. I can't remember how much I bought but I ended up thinking that it wasn't worth it in my case.
It’s truly disheartening to see so many negative comments on Bobby’s videos. What I don’t understand is why these people are continuing to watch and/or simply find pleasure in being critical of others. I don’t agree with everything he shares, but I take what’s helpful and leave the rest.
And I totally agree about the frozen fish. With the exception of Aldi. We have not liked the texture or taste of any of their frozen fish. The frozen mahi-mahi at Costco is our favorite!
Most of them are paid trolls from big food.
Yeah I know. Just because his protein powder is a bit expensive doesn’t mean you gotta hate on the guy. Bobby really seems like a nice dude!
@JacoboKitchen agreed!
@@BluebarnHomestead so sad.

I was buying salmon at ALDIs. You sure about the processing? I look for Atlantic caught? Is there salt water salmon and fresh water? Which is better?

I wonder how do people get so many wild blueberries?
To me eating healthy means not buying junk foods like all the unhealthy snacks and premade sweets and sodas. I hear people saying how expensive food is but when I look at what they eat, it’s crazy the stuff that you don’t have to buy because it’s so unhealthy but everyone buys it anyway.
Also, spending more on healthy foods instead of buying cheap junk food saves you a lot of money in the doctor’s office and you won’t miss work as much because you catch everything going around.
Yes, like all the unhealthy highly processed meats, chips, chocolate, cookies, that Bobby brands as "healthy" so people will buy the products 😂
@@peri3818Not true. You can eat as healthy as can be and still develop diabetes.
@@Garlanderr If you have a history of diabetes, you will be more predisposed to it. This is more reason for people to monitor their sugar intake. Thanks man.
Isnt the sodium higher in packaged tuna?
Are the nonorganic Wild blueberries the same as organic not wild blueberries?? Does anyone know????
No; organic is sprayed with less carcinogens
@@Ladylovesjesus2121 I have legit wild blueberries growing organically on my property. They are a low Bush blueberry. Wild blueberries like this are typically smaller and sweeter. Not a hybrid variety grown organically on a farm. Just out in nature naturally. Same with raspberries and elderberries all growing on my property WILD. I do nothing to them but pick them and clean them. I freeze most of them and process some into jam.
This was so helpful!
The food in the US is affordable and healthy if you make your meals at home.
You clearly havnt traveled abroad. The price I pay in an Asian or African country for $20 buys me so much fresh healthy food versus American $20 is nothing.

It is more expensive I went from $180 a week for a family of 4 to $400 for almost the same things but in all the Bobby approved/natural/ect ect way. I had to go back and pick and choose now what I can get. Some healthier versions some not.
It's called inflation, not Bobby's fault. Maybe stop voting democrat and then blaming others for food prices.
@TheAntManChannel all politicians are corrupted not just dummycraps, but we can thank all corrupted and treasonous politicians
And the sad part is you're it even eating any healthier. Another one of Bobby's victims.
@ oh I voted democrat? Hmmm thanks for letting me know. Also it was from 1 week to another. I didn’t blame him I said getting all the natural/ Bobby approved ect ect stuff.
Same with me. I'm a widow now though and my food budget went up to about 70 a week from 55. But I was already on the label reading journey a long time ago. Im not at all a junk food or soda person so there's that savings and I avoid the deli counter. My idea of a snack is crackers and cheese, a siggy's yogurt or a piece of fruit, something like that. All organic non GMO. I also grow my own organic veggies, herbs and some fruits which i preserve and have a few back yard hens for eggs and is part of that cost. My grocery runs are only once or twice a month now because every thing comes in family sizes if you want savings especially meats. I just do some repackaging to servings I can use and not waste it. It's been quite the adjustment.
His protein powder is best on market
😅😅😅😅😅 I guess you don't shop around and go to actual health food stores. He doesn't use whey isolate in his. He uses the cheapest whey he can. His are smoothies not protein powders. Big difference.

You don’t talk about the mercury in tuna smh
Your not as accurate as you used to be years ago
Letting that sponsor money get to you.
Safe Catch every tuna is tested for mercury and certified no mercury.
Cheaper tuna does not give that certification yes, but as long as you dont eat it 3 times a day, or every day, you cannot beat it for protein and omega 3 fatty acids.
And basically all food in America, even organic, is contaminated with listeria or ecoli; with more and more recalls and wasted in the garbage.
Being an American, I know I have to do my own research, be awake on recalls and be a responsible adult shopper; American food industry isn't going to take care of me when I shop, they only care about their profits.
That’s why I do my healthy shopping at Aldi‘s. It’s so much cheaper there and it’s still high quality.
Aren’t we supposed to buy organic grass fed beef? I’ve never seen that on London broil.
This video is for people who really can't afford it. Regular beef is still better than no beef. Grass fed ground beef is the cheapest you can get at $5-6 per pound.

My favorite personal care is to mix baking soda & organic tumeric powder to brush my teeth. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee per day so this helps keep the stains at bay. After spitting it out and rinsing, I keep some in my mouth for a while to bleach my teeth then swallow it. It's a superfood too w/antioxidants. An easy way to incorporate Tumeric into my diet. This Grandma is pulling her hair out Granddaughter has Celiac Disease with "Low" Blood Sugar Levels, Tree Nut Allergies, Corn and Soy Allergies. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Not sure of her age and if she has food preferences separate from her several allergies but it sounds like her diet would need to primarily be: protein like chicken, turkey, beef, green leafy vegetables, eggs, gluten free grains that are not soy or nut based; allergen free snacks (sometimes tricky to find but they do exist). Sometimes milk and soy can overlap but if she has no milk allergies then that opens up cheese/yogurt. Read all labels, have an extra epi pen. I’m a pediatric endocrine doc and mom of daughter with several food allergies. For “low blood sugar”, continue evaluation with endocrine.

Great tip for using budget friendly frozen veggies-for roasted or pan fried crispness: “precook” in oven or in pan unseasoned and without oil long enough for the water to evaporate, then toss in oil and seasonings and roast/stir fry until crisp .
