Those noise filaments can be a little unpredictable at times. I used one Christmas week and it dropped me right into a Goonswarm system with 70 in local. I did the sensible thing, waited out the timer cloaked up then filamented back out. Fraternity is a Chinese isk farmer and seller alliance. Soon as you jump in their space it's hilarious watching them all dock up. I don't understand why CCP continue to let them operate.
I might try this at some point. I was already planning to go hunting for the Clone Soldier rats that spawn in lowsec and drop some kind of super valuable tag or whatever it is. I've seen a few while moving around but I never seem to be in the right ship to do anything with them when I see them.
I did something similar the other day and it was actually quite fun to fly around and do random spawns. Not normally a bit missile boat guy, but I enjoyed this one.
Personally would have liked to have seen you put more effort into this content. You ran half a site and wasted 10 minutes of viewers time warping around Null. From Jita it's only 10-15 jumps to Guri Null space.

Or u can hop on loki and steal ESS and get basicly almost no response and free isk
