I think you placed the airflow sensor the wrong way 34:00... the metal screen on the sensor should be facing forward... look at the sensor on the Braven’s s10 and how it was installed in your’s air filter housing.
40:00 could also be the ignition itself . Those points of contact inside the ignition cylinder go bad and can stop supplying power . On a blazer i know is different than a Honda . The physical key rotates to something ( I can’t find online the harness image) that supplied hot /ignition/ ACC/ start signals to an ignition switch. That switch PN is something like 1990115. I assume it powers fuel as well when it gets “ON” signal from the key rotation. If you used crimp contacts , check those as well for being loose. I would also set up a temporary larger gauge wire direct to the pump with a switch to by pass the whole ignition system to see if the car still acts bad while driving. (Fused of course)
Id suggest checking your fuel pressure at the rail. My old suburban used to do that when the fuel pump was going bad. It wasnt supplying enough fuel. U may need a manual trans ecu or flash the one u have may help too

28:50 burger tuning has a shorty K&N for bmw turbo guys. They use them on top mount turbos with large openings 3.5” to 4”. You could use one of those and not have to run excessive piping when you have no room.

Bro, Automotive Electricians portal is $14.99 for 1 vehicle. I have it for one of mine. It has every schematic to the vehicle. You should be able to find the wires that go to the firewall and hook it up so your gauge works.
Sounds like the pump is sucking up dirt. The sock on the end of the fuel pump might be bad also. Really need a fuel pressure gauge. I'm pretty sure you put a regulator in cause you have a return. Also fuel line could be to small.
Not sure if someone has commented yet but is there a way to check codes to see if maybe it's throwing a code. I could see it being a fuel pump issue if it was doing it still even after cycling to key on and off. I could be completely wrong but may be worth a shot
Your using the wrong wires. The green wire is the temp sensor. It’s a 1 wire switch!!! From the blazer it’s the dark green wire. Not sure if you removed it yet but if your looking at the bulk head it’s 3 right 3 down next to the 10mm bolt. Now the tan wire you ran that connector to goes to pressure switch for oil.
Okay, I had all these symptoms with my v8 Jeep, and I swapped out fuel pump and ignition, turns out that the crank position sensor was going bad. It maybe worth swapping out this sensor from braydens to see if it still does it.
I believe Temp sensor not being hooked up or faulty sensor can cause a safety to engage in the ECU causing your break up issue. Seen it on an episode of Roadkill with an LS trophy truck they bought.
Sounds like something is getting hot then acting up. Could be fuel pump, could be ecu. Attach a fuel pressure gauge to the line and let it run for a bit and see if pressure drops when it starts misfiring.

I had the same fuel pump issue with my 84 camaro. let me tell ya its alot harder to pull the tank on that car I finally replaced the 3rd one with a AC delco pump from rock auto problem solved its been a year no problem. them aftermarket pumps are hit or miss in my experience. BRO HOW THE HELL DO YOU WORK IN 120 DEG TEMPS. btw great series I canr wait till the next one

What is your temperature of your coolant because I know GM’s when they’re either too hot or too cold for too long. It will throw the truck into limp mode and to get rid of limp mode. You just turn it off and turn it back on.

its vapor lock in the fuel lines you still have no exhaust on it do you? just headers right? its blowing that hot ass air at your frame which the lines are running in right? its ok at idle but once going it flashes at that point in the lines cuz your using more flow

On an LS swapped Caprice had that same issue ended up being a clogged injector.. if you haven't had them cleaned and flow tested yet

The 2 window switch is discontinued. So you get the 4 window one if you have to replace it.

The throttle position sensor can cause issues as well.

Your throttle screw is turned too far so your idle is higher on the newer throttle body. Adjust it when it’s running.
