As a person who was on a medical, biological and nourishment class i can tell you that they are fucking with papanomalys health by giving him shit like badly cooked chicken hearth or liver/stomache etc.

The cow stomach is actually good! In my country we have a soup in which we put small pieces of cow stomach and we eat it with sour cream and it's delicious. It's like some kind of noodle soup but with cow stomach instead of the noodles and it's better!

The chicken liver's texture is thick and it breaks down easily , it tastes SO good , in the video they did not clean it very well so the blood had it's taste in there probably .
You need to add seasoning to it too otherwise it'll not taste good

@Frank in eastern Europe you make some kind of sour soup out of it and it tastes amazing. It's like my third favourite out of this sour soups first being smoked ribs soup and second meat balls soup

Honestly, even fried and burned (like in this video) chicken heart and liver should be more edible than surströmming.
