She had done nothing that other Niji members hadn’t. They literally listed her making a deez Nuts Joke as “impersonating a sponsorship” she was fired for going above her inexperienced manager to talk to a higher up, when she was suspended, one of her discord Mods from her previous Vtuber character sent out a message saying that a previous merch drop was finally being sent out. Anycolor twisted that into her announcing her intent to leave, so that it would break her non-compete clause and her contract would be voided.

I don't think Niji has the best management and they def need to get their shit together but they are still a company that has an image to uphold and rules for their employees to follow. It's still gross imo but in Japan it's not image killing to the company since the important things to do to look good to Japanese audiences will be different to global audiences that have different cultures.
