Darrell Mansfield lived 2 houses down from me, Great man of God ! Help promote Gospel Pro Jams with him ! Extremely talented! Amen ✝️
I love his harmonica playing
It's because of him that I learned to play
@MARKIEBANUNCE He is the BEST IN THE WORLD . DID YOU KNOW Bon Jovi took lessons from Darrell to play harmonica for a song ! Darrell lived on my street for quite a long time ...God Blessed him with such a gift ! ✝️🕊
@cindytrombley7923 that is SO AWESOME 🤌
I did not know that, but I believe it.
I first heard of him doing 2 blues albums, "OLD SCHOOL," delta blues with GLEN KAISER
SLOW BURN &
TRIMMED & BURNIN
My goodness, that's some outstanding stuff
Darrel Mansfield was a legend long time runnin'
I recall my junior high buddy telling me about going to one of his concerts had to have been 1977 or so.
Best harmonica in the world, Darrell Mansfield
I’ve been to a great blues jam in the 90s nearby Stuttgart, Germany. Darell Mansfield, Larry Howard and some other great folks jammed the whole evening.. it was great fun! 🤩
Wow, that harmonica can sure play the man!!!
Darrell Mansfield -- great voice, best Blues Harp around, Christian or otherwise. Remember him from way back when. Thanks for sharing.
Cornerstone Festivals were so much fun. I think the last one was early to mid 90’s
So cool !! I met Glen and Wendi Kaiser in Germany in the 90ies :)
Awesome song, Darrell Massillon, Glenn Kaiser Larry
😲 wow Darryl so talented God gifted god bless you more ❣️🙏 stay safe 💕
Does it get any better than that! Praise GOD!!!
I wish Daryl and Glenn would still play together
Those were great albums...
Such talent!
DM = #1 UNDISPUTED best blues rock harp player this side of heaven.
I saw Darrell back in the 80's then again around 2000. Still love him. best Harmonica player in my book.
Jennifer Pelton One of the best, there are alot of awesome harp players out there.
Love Love Love this
Geez! Never been a big fan of most christian music, but this guy is amazing!!! Way to blow the harp!!
laidbacklaura and harmonica isn't even his original instrument. He played guitar until early to mid 70's then after a suicide attempt he couldn't play guitar anymore. So he took up Harmonica. My unbiased opinion, he's one of the greatest. My biased opinion, he's THE greatest (because my story with Darrell is far beyond just a love of his music).
Yeah most christian music pretty much sucks (Im born again too! 12-26-83) but Glen Kaiser, Darrell Mansfield, Bryn Haworth are a few i like alot.
In addition to his phenomenal skills on the harp, he's also one of the nicest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet.

A Word from the Lord 9-15-20
The signs of the times are evident to those who know me. The enemy has sought to manipulate and control through his lies and deception. My children must stay close and abide in me. Walk in spirit through constant prayer and a fervent effort to do the will of my Father and walk in righteousness. The breastplate of Truth has been bestowed upon my children and they will stand out in this time. Walk in love and pray for those who are blinded by the enemy. Allow my spirit to work in them and convict those who commit iniquity. If only they turn to me...I grieve for my lost children. Many will turn, but many will deny the Truth. There is no Truth in them because they reject the Truth. My children suffer for lack of knowledge. Many will say, "I am a good person," as they stand before my father, but yet they have not sought the Truth...have rejected the Truth before man. This gospel will be preached throughout the entire earth...that time has come and I only wait for my Father to usher in my Saints. Take time each day to listen, wait and listen. Pray constantly while completing your worldly tasks, but be not distracted by them. Maintain watch every hour for the Son of Man is coming. Renounce all sin so that you are made whole on this glorious day. The standard of my Father is not the standard of man. All have sinned and have fallen short, but those who love me obey the will of my Father. Those who know me will be spared from the time of trouble. Stay close. We will return incorruptible and indestructible. We will put down the enemy. Abide in me and walk in peace until the day of my coming. Trust me and in no man. Those who divide my land will suffer a great and harsh judgment. It will come swiftly. Stand and be ready ever watchful and on guard for I am is at the door.
I recently had a vision of a meteor/fireball. I also woke up to a knock at the door in the middle of the night, but no one was there. Also had a dream a few nights ago that I was given a present. I opened it and it was a door. When I opened the door, the heavens were on the other side. Two nights ago I had a dream of a Bible with a camouflage cover. As I was looking at it the Bible just faded away and disappeared. Just today I had a dream of opening a door and the Lord's outstretched hands teaching in to take me away!
He is at the door folks! Stay close, walk in spirit, and abide in the Lord Jesus Christ!
Was this Cornerstone 1989?
No critic here, but I think the words originally "You got to Roll", but "Move" is more Scriptural.
Rolling Stones and Aerosmith covered this same tune = "You Got to Move" written by Mississippi Fred McDowell
Play your harmonica for the lord jesus
Pity Darrell doesn’t play like that any more
