Hey Nat. I have severe allergies to gluten and dairy ever since I was a baby so I’m use to it… but if you are ganna commit to the life style you need to CHECK EVERYTHING!! Even tuna tins can have wheat (gluten) and dairy… never assume something doesn’t have gluten or dairy because it can be in so much stuff you wouldn’t think it is. ❤️❤️

Hi nat!! i use to live in utah. don’t be scared to follow the “dress code” in utah. it doesn’t really matter. people won’t judge or anything. if you really go out everyday, like stores, you’ll see how other people dress. yes utah is religious but there’s also “ghetto” places. I absolutely love utah it’s honestly the best!!! i prefer living in utah then living in california. (im originally from california.)
