While it's true that God cannot be diminished by such mockery, yet wicked acts should be called out for what it is, lest we allow it's normalization of such behaviors in society. Christians are salt and light of the world. When we keep quiet in face of wicked behaviors we are tacitly approving it by our silence. When a child mocks his/her parents a child should not get away with it without any pushback, or he/she learns that it's okay to disrespect.
