moved here...one great scenic place to live and accessible to everything....multi ages...NOT "touristy" in the negative sense..it has kept its identity with great varied places to eat and drink...walkable , safe, vibrant but relaxed.....

I visited Dunedin a couple of years ago, and loved it. I'm hoping to move down there in the near future.
Same here. I moved down to Florida last year, just north of Orlando, but I'm moving in April to the St. Petersburg area, and I hope to settle in the Dunedin area specifically.

Looked to try to move here since it has such a beautiful atmosphere but there weren’t many homes for sale at the time and most were older and need a lot of work.
I would love to visit this town, wish we would of known about it in sept, guess we have to go back

This was so misleading for the price point stated the kind of houses aré nothing like you showed. Realtor equivalent of a bait and switch. It’s where people go to die in a very expensive way. 😂
This video was made a year ago. Prices in the area have risen 25% since then.
