Late reply but have you learned that Her lvl3 super changes the music of the match to a much more upbeat bop AND that if its a mirror match and both Kimberly's use lvl3 the second one adds vocals to the song? I think its such a cool "hidden" feature.

This goes in, loving the traditional notes fused with the drill/trap hip hop beat and the 80s/arcade type tranistion at 1:43 is extremely well done might be the best theme of the game.
I'll continue to love just how different the SF6 music is compared to the rest of the series, this is truly a breath of fresh air on a whole new level! 🔥

Final Fight for life.I loved that Zeku was made to be the one who started the Striders because I'm a huge Hiryu fan but it's nice to see evolution across the entire generation of these characters and where it's now. I'll definitely be playing Kimberly as Bushinryu style rushdown is comfort food for me in any SF game.
It's taken me forever to figure out why I never hear the 3rd round part of Kimberly's theme and I suddenly realize it's because her level 3 theme always ends up interrupting it. But also it's a very dire sounding 3rd round theme bc if you, a Kimberly main, are hearing it, you haven't landed the level 3 yet and gotten it's buffs
Love that they give Kimberly, a newcomer, a theme with nostalgia sound, while Juri, a seasoned veteran, a fresh new theme. Either way, both songs pop hard 🎧😌💥
Even after just seeing her intro and her gameplay a bit, I can already tell this theme fits Kimberly with precision. Also, it SLAPS. Man, this whole OST is gonna be a Super Art, ain't it?
This was a really great idea for Capcom to release these songs before the game. I've been jamming to Chun-Li's "Not a Little Girl" Theme - and that's a really well made song. Capcom is one of my favorite video game companies, because it does feel like they appreciate the art, the fans, and the games! Thank you Capcom!

I want the rap to stay so bad in Ed's theme, and i hope they still incorporate Rashid's RASHIIIDOOOOO. But i doubt it, but im still excited to see what they cooked up. I've liked all the themes so far, Ryu's still my favorite at the moment

I found most themes underwhelming, but this is great! Most of my complaints were the lack of main melodies, but this has a great melody that sticks around for the whole track! Which is what makes it stand out from the others and makes it great!
Same with Luke and Jamie's themes. Melodies are what cement the characters in their theme songs. For veterans with an established theme (or even multiple themes), the soundtrack can get more experimental. With the newcomers, Capcom wants something you can listen to and instantly recognize a character association. Personally I'm also glad they did that.
I didn't like this theme at first. But really love *_how_* it's used in World Tour mode. It's used like a litemotiff.. that kinda "buzzy" soundfont is used whenever she is present in the scene, even when she hasn't visibly appeared yet and is still hiding.
I do appreciate how *"arcadey"* this theme sounds at times, and I suppose this theme doesn't have the word *"pop"* in it for nothing. Said theme overall is very colorful sounding, which most certainly fits the thumbnail used here and Kimberly as a whole....overall, an *8/10.*

Uh, I think the first theme that is a remix in the game is actually "Sharpened Sonic" surprisingly enough. It's just that you can see the inspiration for this track more clearly compared to "Sharpened Sonic" very obscure way of referencing "Strange Sunset". You could argue that every track is a remix of the old theme, but it's so hard to notice the original chord progression and song's signature that it passes off as new creations.
I dig Ryu's new theme since he's my favorite character of SF but Kimberly's theme is pretty dope too since I also like Guy and killed the Final Fight series growing up along with SF Alpha.
There is room for ibuki to be here. She took ibukis jump move and her on the scene line but ibuki has many moves from 3s that aren't in 5 she could bring back.
