    Great video, I love beef ribs! What temp do you cook at on your BGE typically?

      Thanks, Drew! It really depends on the meat. Big primals are usually at 225°F-250°F - but I've been experimenting with hot & fast brisket (have you seen that video yet?). Chicken is typically hotter - 350°F-ish. What temp do you usually look for? -Al

      Reverse sear? Direct sear? Just smoked? I'm doing a test today of reverse sear vs sear first on some Wagyu filets.....

      I have to confess - while I didn't lick the cutting board, there was some serious "lick my fingers" then "oh look I accidentally put my hand back down on the cutting board I have to lick them again" then "why do I keep doing this I guess I have to lick them again" going on!
