As a 42 year old, when we were kids we were no where near as nice as any of the kids in this video. If you took my board you are getting pushed and I am taking it back. No discussion. If that guy snapped at any of our faces like that you were getting jumped. These kids are so nice.

I've seen a few people take a board over the head from some 12-13 yo skater. Not a lot of people got in skater's faces cuz everyone figured they get wapped on the head by multiple boards.

I thought the deal was unspoken but clear: You skate where you don't annoy anyone too much. If someone rightfully tells u to gtfo, you leave. If it's their property, you apologize and leave. If it's public ground and daytime, you tell them to gtfo. Easy😅 If one side doesn't oblige, cops are called. That's what they do

If someone is driving somewhere or operating a motor vehicle illegally (or perceived illegal) the option is NEVER to: 1. Steal their car or car keys. 2. Get in front of their car to prevent them from proceeding. The same applies to skateboarding. If u jump in front of me sk8n, u just elected to get run into full force, i'm not bailing out. If you attempt to take my board, there's NO DISCUSSION of "gimme my board back," cuz that's equivalent to stealing my phone or wallet. Incoming assault, and i had to defend myself officer. My plastic wheels weren't doing damage, even if i wasn't supposed to be sk8n here, duzn't mean this person can commit a CRIME against me. 💯

Im gonna give that Karen some props. She was thinking outside the box and I've been laughing at it for a good 5 minutes or more😂
I have 0 sympathy for the lady in the last clip. Whether she realized it or not, when she took the skateboard she herself was guilty of the crime of theft. I kind of wish she would have called the cops because she could have potential been in more legal trouble than the kids as robbery is a great criminal offense than trespass.

If it is turned in to insurance then the insurance company will file a lawsuit to recoup the money they paid out for the skater. If it is the property owner then they are paying it. Either way you are paying out money for someone else to have "joy". People don't work for stuff to have someone else destroy it.
