Tonsil stones someone mentioned in the comments? Hmm I learned a lot of trick working in the hospital many years. I cannot remember the exact measurements but mostly water but mix in apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink salt. After brushing, gargle that mixture 2-3 times a day (til you can’t handle then spit out) for a week or 2. Those little mf’s hide in these small caves by the bell thing past your tongue (sorry I’m kinda f up right now, can’t think of proper names) but yea- keep doing that and it’ll soften those lil stink stones and you’ll eventually spit them out. that’s the major cause for bad breath by the way.
