7:22 Old Navy has a whole line of flat front shorts from 6, 8, 9 inchs. Its pretty cool they took the time to come out with that many lengths. So it works out for every body type.
I feel like all your colour recommendations are for cold tone men, like your partner. Throw some recommendations in for us warm tone guys please! Love your stuff.
Any recommendation for t shirts that are not too long? In the US it seems shirts and t shirts are based on men that are 6'2", which is taller than 90 percent of the US population, they are always way too long for me, and not really feasible to have them hemmed at the tailor. I found that Europe has better sizing but it's difficult to shop from there while in the US, some manufacturers even direct you to their US shop, which has the same problem
@@seansimmons73 Absolutely, I have quite a collection of quality pieces. Clothing and shoes is something I never skimp on, I actually dress very casual during the week and dress up on weekends with the lady. The gym is the only place I get to dress like im still in my 20's hence the joke about dressing like my Dad lol
Getting into minimalist shoes that are anatomically correct for toe spread and zero drop (no heel). The recommended shoes in this video are no bueno for foot health.
I find it so interesting that you're recommending t-shirts and basic pants. Like what do we think target audience is wearing if they're not currently wearing something as generic as this. Great content though, highly photogenic host
I would say the target audience is for men that really need to learn the basics. It’s for the men that don’t know where to begin and need a foundation. That along things that are timeless. Well fitting essentials will look good now and in 20 years. What it’s not good for is developing your own personal style. That and anything trendy you won’t find here. She will try to steer you away from anything that might reflect your personality. I’ve also learned that her opinions are shared by women like her but that is still very much a minority of women.
@@yanikjayaram go outside and look around. Probably 80% of men have way worse fashion on them than these basics. Majority of them probably do not even have a single pair of chinos.
I would slightly disagree here. If your going for a rock band "rodey " look than a rock band graphic tee is fine & maybe the only time other than Halloween that a grown man can wear a skull on his chest & look good
@@AH-bm4ts White sneakers are not really classic. It's a modern thing really. Hell even crewneck t-shirts are quite new as an outer layer clothing. Classics are leather dress shoes, trousers, button ups, overcoats... Nothing classic about this channel. It's still solid advice for modern and very casual world we are living in now.

I’m surprised you didn’t mention lace up boots. I definitely think they are essential.
I would suggest a well fitting cardigan, denim jacket along with a grey or black hoodie.I would finally suggest a well tailored grey or navy suit.

The beautiful men's stylist miss Ashley Weston giving us men more great clothes advice.
Agree 100%, Graphic, and logo T shirts are HIDEOUS!!!
How about sweater vests? I wore them this year and thought they looked good and felt comfortable wearing them with a button down shirt.
For my wardrobe, I need to - lose 20kgs of fat! However, your advice is great Ashley.
Oh she said au revoir 💙
What do you think of harringtons when compared to bombers?
Bomber jackets! Lol. Gimme a break

Nah, I love my TOOL tees, thank you very much
What if I’m going to a game? I can’t wear my Niners tee shirt?!?!
I am literally in a vneck. I love vneck shows a little clevage and good with a crewneck or vneck sweater.
I wanna know your thoughts about turtle neck
I hope you have tried extensively croissant and pain au chocolat 😉

I dont think having a Nike or Adidas logo on your t-shirt is going to turn off the ladies. No way
Common Projects is overpriced trash.

@Sem Zip lacks creativity though at least film in a different location lol.
