Gee thanks for this info NOW James...*unpacks disc wheels from freshly packed travel box*.
Flying out for my first IM this week. Seriously though, good advice.
Could you do a video discussing trade offs between disc and rim brakes? My prior understanding was that rim brakes are better for triathlon but all the new bikes seem to have disc brakes
Would have been great to actually show better view of installing temp spacer, and loading bike on to bike box frames. It’s ez to explain but more helpful to show. Thank you
What type of bike bag do you recommend? Hard (bikebox alan easfit) or soft case (scicon aero tt 3.0)?
Brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing vid. Thanks for sharing.
May I ask if there would be an episode to demo and/or recommend on the bike case, please?
For example, my bike is Ceverlo P5 Disc, size 58. A huge bike compared to my existing SCICON 3.0 soft bike bag. I have no idea how to pack my P5 Disc properly and safely ......
I suppose I am not the only one to meet this kind of issue. Right?
I’m wondering the same, will a disc brake bike work in the Scion bag?
Bike Box Alan easy fit... I have Scott Plasma 6 Large, massive frame and cockpit...
Accept please please use cloves at all times. You really don't want to get anything on those disc especially not the oil out of your skin. It's possibly one of the most common mistakes that at best causes squeaking breaks at worst can make them fail to grip right and require buying new disc and pads.

Your disks are most certainly NOT aluminum: they are stainless steel (like aluminum, stainless isn't magnetic). The calipers are aluminum, but those aren't the shiny bit. Everything else is correct. Great video. 👍
Get rid of them and go for rim brakes.
I have a choking feeling with this new presenter
Still needs a bit more experience, he doesn't look comfortable yet. It will get better!
Agreed. Some personalities just arent made for roles like these, professional athletes spent so much time on their own just training he may have a hard time become as fluid presenter as the others
@@vinniedisa Fraser was a natural……personality with innate knowledge and so much passion. I’m switching off after a couple of minutes with James - it’s just not working. Sorry James.
