What kind of questions are asked on apoptosis. It's very confusing and volatile.
There was a slide on NET as well.
Focus on mechanism mainly. Extrinsic and intrinsic pathway. Questions would ask you either about caspases or about cytochrome c release from mitochondria. Secondly focus on councilman bodies seen in viral hepatitis which are a type of apoptotic bodies

Since it is occurring in multiple myeloma which is a malignant etiology only one type of light chain will be raised. That's the reason we call it monoclonal gammopathy. Most common is IgG kappa
