I remember being little and getting haircuts. The razor always made me tingle so much it was extremely hard to stay still. It was always only behind my ears and now I have a fear of that after they nicked my ear.

Finally someone who also experienced this, I always felt so weird since nobody seemed to experience this when I was at barber shops. I wonder if this is a common experience, or perhaps if everyone has this.
Edit: I found this on Reddit, and Reddit never lies, so this will be my answer:
"It is an instinctual response for safety that we have developed over our 2 million years as hominids, and as a response it is likely far older than our hominid ancestors since it is part of our basic nervous system that happens on its own and away from our higher brain.
