hey vida ! i’m glad you mentioned how you thought your form was causing your back to hurt , bc when i was watching that clip i noticed you were bending too much at the hips you were almost in more of a squat position target your quads more than your glutes. rdls are mean to push your hips back as you bend forward with a SLIGHT bend in the knees, you should feel it more in your center glute like a pulling motion

Keep up the grind up 💪🏽

You can still get beauty sleep while waking up at 5am. U just have to sleep earlier. 8 hours is 8 hours.
