A special gift from God. To those who met her, what an amazing moment in time for you! She 's returned to God. What a gift! Thank you for such a wonderful tribute!
Ruth was a living doll! She choreographed quite a few of Pan’s People shows! Beautiful song Dave, I’m in tears, for Ruth and the beautiful days gone by! I graduated high school in 1970 and it was the best time of my life! Then off to marriage, children, career as an RN, and life just flew by! I’m 72 now, and I wouldn’t trade the years I grew up for all the tea in China! Great music, life was much easier, the expense to raise a family nowadays is astronomical! Thank God for my memories! They sustain me! Thank you so much, these videos are not just precious, their priceless! Bless You Dave!🙏🏻❤️
Many thanks + yes, I’m pretty sure it was from a “Green River” rehearsal. A lot of the pics taken from the “Choreography by Flick Colby”Facebook site 👍
Awesome lady, just getting over cherry...then Louise now the Boss when Viv isn't on base, the bastard's at BBC paid them rubbish money, think I earned more as a paper boy at the time, and I wasn't rude x
Her dad was English and her mum Israeli - they met in Egypt during the war. They came over to England were Ruth was born in 1946. She went to Ballet Rambert School and then the Corona Dance School. Lots more info about her and the others in the “Pan’s People Our Story” book - a good read👍
Ruth was my favourite dancer. Beautiful tribute. ❤

@@casterthedog I always felt she had some Indian heritage. Maybe that was part of her appeal to men ..

She exuded a warm and loving nature as well as being a fine dancer. She always kept in time unike some of the other dancers, especially Babs.
I think they were all good Billy, but she was the best!
Be careful what you say about Babs she's married to Jesus 😂
@@stevenedwards2162yup, the real Jesus! Jesus of Nazareth!

When we were serving in the Army, They were Goddesses
I'd love to know more about the backgrounds /early life of the Pans girls . Where did Ruth get her exotic beauty from for instance .
