Just bought mine. Its so expensive $175 with an adapter for Samsung Microwave filter. Can you do a video to install it with the Samsung center removable filter? Can't wait to get mine. Hope its good 😊
We had an over the range microwave fan Maytag and the top was a big huge opening that I put my hand there and the most suction was coming from there so what I did is I put tape along the top of it so most of the suction goes to the cooktop filter and it worked so much better
Hi, I know it's been awhile since you posted but do you find its hard to see when cooking? Do you have to constantly look under to see what your cooking?
Hey Buddy did you install an exterior duct to the exterior? Moist will be harm your nice kitchen. I bougth a brand new house , moist made everything sticky in the kitchen , i hire somebody to make a duct to the exterior , same as fan vent of the bathrooms. GREAT SOLUTION.. no more bacon in my walking closet .
Can I install this on my hood that’s not microwave hood? I’ll use a sheet metal screws to install the bracket. My current hood is not overhanging my from stoves.
Do you keep on 24/7? Ez to take on and off. I understand it protrudes and might be in the way when cooking. I would want to put up and take down. Hmm, I’m going to have to think about this.
@@VibrantDeals we have noticed if the front burners are on high heat the handle of the microwave and front of it get hot…did you have that problem? And does it stop the microwave from getting hot with that on now?
Yes, the bracket can be mounted to almost anywhere. With the microwave setup you don’t need to pre-drill anything but with a non microwave setup you will.
My wife is 5' tall. I wonder if this will make access to microwave difficult. Also, I'm 6'2" and wonder if my line of sight will be limited (I don't want have to squat down while cooking.
There is less smell because most of the fumes are sucked up outside. Extremely happy with this product. I will do another video for a followup in the near future.
Why have both burners on for the before video, and not the after? Hot air produced by the back burner will displace the area under the hood, and push the steam out the front.

It doesn't have to be permanent. There is a single screw that can be removed so you can slide it on and off as needed.
Does it help protect the microwave from excess heat? We are having issues with that as well.
It does protect the microwave big time!

@@karissakline6765I believe the microwave's installation instructions require a minimum distance from the stove.
How many cfm is that microwave and is it ducted?
Thanks
Does it condensate under the hood? Or does the steam roll past the hood to the vent?
Condensate does go under the hood and dries as it rolls in to the vent. I clean and wipe down everything once a month and it is an easy cleanup.
Nice simple setup. I could use something like that because I have the same problem.
Get one. It has way more coverage than leaving it the way it is.
Will this work with a non microwave one ?
Yes, the bracket can be mounted to almost anywhere. With the microwave setup you don’t need to pre-drill anything but with a non microwave setup you will.
Looks like you put it on HIGH after you extended the thing? Way louder after that.
What is the items Name, Brand, Manufacturer?
does this make accessing the microwave annoying?
It doesn't get in my way at all when operating the microwave.

Does it get in the way if you’re using all the eyes?
It's hard to see what your cooking because the hood is in your way
What is the actual product? The link doesn’t take me to a specific product.
Use the eBay link. There aren't any in stock on the Amazon store.
Thank you for this review. Do you notice that there's less smell of what being cooked around your house using this?

Is it supposed to work with any kind of microwave?
Yes most over range microwaves.
I think I’d love it
Where did you buy the hood extension? Thanks in advance
Good review!
Hi I have same problem can you tell me where I find out.pls
Very good review.
How does it do with kitchen smoke?
It captures most of it compared to before!
Why have both burners on for the before video, and not the after?
Hot air produced by the back burner will displace the area under the hood, and push the steam out the front.
Costs too much for what basically is just a piece of sheet metal.
