This is the kind of content that we need more of on UA-cam. Learned so much about the Uzbek culture. So happy you are uploading again! AAAAAAHHHHH! YES!
A square doppa / doppi wearing only by Uyghurs &Uzbeks. All others in Turkestan wear a round doppa. Actually, Uzbek & Uyghurs are two separated by Russia and China tween brothers.
Watching videos like these help me ease my anger of being unable to help directly these communities. It's centered on the culture, the food, the beauty, the positive while still sharing the trauma, the sadness and most importantly FACTS! Thank you Nadir :)
I had no idea about Turkestan being a cultural region!! Thankyou for invoking me to seek education about this topic as I had no idea that Uighur populations existed in North of Pakistan too. Wow.
Assalamualaykum Brother Nadir...just found your latest video..it was amazing.I hope you will upload more and more video soon.I hope you continue to upload videos.I dont want to force you... Awwwwwhhh..but I need to..cause I love to watch your colourful content...
Love this type of video, the way you touch on the causes and highlight significant issues with an honest and interesting approach!! Hope I can do videos like this too
This was so beautiful. I was constantly smiling but also imbued with emotion. Thankyou for showing us the beauty of Uighur (/Uzbek) Culture, especially now in the times where activism about it, is vocal. I appreciate your art so much. It's interesting how a hat is called a toppi in urdu. Linguistic overlaps are fascinating. P.s "the theatre of hospitality" : what a beautiful expression.
@Nadir Nahdi Alhamdulillah for this important vlog. You depicted a topic that in my opinion should get more attention. Hearing about what Chinese government did to the people in Turkistan is really inhuman and I am glad you shared this with us Nadir. Keep going delivering and educating us with important cultural topics. This is why I subscribed. To hear more of the variety of cultures ❤
Yeah okay watching this on an empty stomach was not a good idea at all. I love how wholesome and eye-opening this video is. So excited to see the other ones!
So many friendly people in the video. I love how people connecting to each other like a family, a warm and lovely family. Amazing documentation, Nadhir☺
Love this! I shouldn't have watched this before eating lunch, now I'm starving! And I was going to ask where the plov was but I see there was some there. Thanks for sharing this with all of us! 😊 - Ashley
I absolutely love everything about this! Thank you for creating content that is embedded in curiosity and appreciation. Very excited for this series ❤️
Been waiting for so long for Nadir to drop new video that i keep going back and forth to his Uzbek highlights on ig. Thanks for the hard effort you’ve been put into this, Subhi and her family is an extremely warm and very welcoming host. Sending my prayer to our Uyghur brothers/sisters, may Allah ease their struggle ♥️
It's so sad that you couldn't return to her real hometown, Uyghurstan, where both of her parents lived. It's so lucky that she's half Uzbek, still got a homeland to visit and discover. God bless all of the Uyghurs, the Turkic peoples, and the Muslims who are suffering in Uyghurstan.
What Subhi's dad told about his life in Sharqiy Turkistan / Uyghurstan is so sad! And most saddest thing is that situation there NOW getting even worst then ever before. NOW, in XXI century, there is a real GENOCIDE happening in Uyghurstan.
Chuchura is called Chuchvara in Uzbek language :)
