Good job everyone. Credits go to you ron for alwYs updating us with these developments.. and more importantly.. credit of course should go to the people behind this wonderful project. The first lady.. to sec.Acuzar and the private group who are sponsoring and who promised to donate their own money to make this project successful.

Most of all.. salamat sa mga taong nandiyan.. na siyang gumagawa at naghihirap sa pagbuo ng esplanade. Kkung wala sila.. ay hindi yan mabubuo. Sana nababayaran sila ng tama at nabibigyan ng tamang treatment. Pinagmimiryenda at pinapainom para mas maayos silang makagawa. I hope din na naka insure sila habang gumagawa.. para kung anut ano man ay mabigysn sila ng tamang compensation in any accident that may happen in the course of their job. 😊

Dapat una linisin ung laguna lake, tanggalin ung mga water lily na pumupunta sa ilog pasig.

Cancelled na daw po yung PAREX ayun kay RSA ng SMB para Bigyang daan yung proyekto ni PBBM na Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli kung saan yung Phase 2 ng Esplanade ay tinatapos narin. Buong 25km ng Pasig simula Laguna bay hanggang Manila Bay ang gagawan ng Esplanade at park. Kasama narin paglilinis ng ilog pasig at pag relocate ng mga ISF na nakatira sa tabi ng ilog sa dalawang malaking housing project sa Rizal at sa Manila.

Hindi ako makapaniwala na napaganda na ang Pasig river at mga katabi lugar, maganda pasyalan yan at kapag maganda ang paligid sigurado mga kabataan rerespetuhin ang kagandahan nito, yun mga water lily dapat may shredder para magawa pataba sa lupa para magamit diyan sa mga flower vase na nasa mga daan. mabuhay ang PILIPINAS

Opinyon ko lang sana kung saan ang source ng water lilies doon hanapan ng paraan na maeliminate at maiwasan dumaloy sa ilog Pasig.

Doon po yan nag uumpisa sa lagusan ng laguna lake at manggahan river doon po yan galing, tama doon dapat ang unahin tanggalin.
Sana meron ding higanteng ganyan para sa pang panapanahon na paglitaw ng maramihang basura diyan sa ilog na kayang sumimot at magdala ng katakot-takot na basura ng madalian at meron ding angkop na mga instant barge na nagsasalitan na kumukulekta ng mga basura sa likod para tuloy tuloy ang trabaho ng trash skimmer.
I hate to say it but the skimmer doesn't seem to be very efficient.
does it bother anyone in the philippines that whoever is in charge must be stupid? the source of the water hyacinths must be upstream at the laguna lake. they need to put a multiple-layer floating barrier system that can be opened in the middle one barrier at a time, for navigation like a lock, and put skimmers at the source. then take multiple 3-boat setup composed of left side lead, right side lead and a middle collection barge and skim the river from downstream to upstream. this will still be a non-stop operation but cleaning it will be exponentially more efficient. smh

Your suggestions will be implement soon as long as the pasig river authority and our pbbm administration will be rule and manage properly although many ordeal they have have been facing right now.

Dapat irecycle yan mga waterlily at magawang stenilas, then yun ibang recycle materials ay ipadala sa mga factory nagcrush para konti nlang ang matatapon sa landfill
Dapat sa water lilys nadudurog na pag pasok sa trash skimmer para gawing pagkain ng mga isda o pataba ng lupa, mahihirapan yan pag iisa lang yung trash skimmer, dapat mag isip ang Gobyerno kung paano mapapakinabangan yang mga water lilys at matigil ang pag daloy nito sa Pasig River.

the whole philippines rivers should be free from all obstructions: housing "extensions"'; businesses warehouses; squatters...etc..etc. .riversides should be turned into linear parks for people, cyclists, joggers, lamp posts, refuge for birds, trees and wild animals sanctuaries not dumping ground for trash, animal manure; human sewages and processing plants polluted trash and sewages. where are the local government units, are they all sleeping in their jobs? people please be wiseful in the next coming elections. philippines cannot be a first world country with these types of corrupt behaviors. we have to wake up...foreigners are coming in to the philippines because we're a the best in hospitality in the whole wide world and showcasing us in social medias such as youtubes and yet we have squatters on riversides in the whole philippines . Hindi naman efficient yung machine. Kitang kita na nahihirapan sa pag kolekta nang Lilly. At tatlong tao pa ang kasama. Siguro kung manual na trabaho nang tatlong tao ay madadaig pa yung makina. Baka kailangan ang modification para maging effective.

VERY INEFFICIENT operation of Trash Skimmer! There should an assistant -- on a bangka or a platform -- near the front edge of the conveyor belt. The assistant's job would be to hold a pole or rake -- to PUSH or GUIDE the clumps of water lilies onto the conveyor belt. Then the Trash Skimmer will do LESS back-and-forth movements through the water. Right now, the Trash Skimmer WASTES much FUEL and TIME by moving back-and-forth for ONE or TWO CLUMPS of water lilies. Typical Pinoy "tanga-city!"
