If India is able to develop AMCA within the proposed timeline, defence ecosystem in India will get a huge boost. AMCA is expected to be produced under a PPE arrangement which allows private players to get involved into AMCA which will provide a huge boost and confidence to them

India does have it's own data link, and SDRs will be integrated on every fighter jet and every ship, irrespective of their origin. And those will operate in the frequency range specific to our own data link. What really creates the problem is jamming pods/other EW systems which, if from different origins, may create issue in integration.

Those are typically very short durations of accelerated flight, and anything around M1.8 will do. IRL, even in combat scenarios, pilots rarely cross mach 2.
