This video inspired me to give it another try with the white macarons - great suggestion for figuring out the ideal time and temp with a particular recipe and oven!...I'd been having hit and miss experiences over the past few years and hadn't tried in over a year (for health reasons). But this weekend I was able to give it a go, and after 4 batches (only the 1st was a true fail), I now know that it's 300 degrees for 6 min, then turn them and continue for 4 min. (My macarons are pretty small). Thanks! I'll PM you a photo. ❤
