This is a review of the little bulldozer vehicle that came with a drop bomb and mines for it to simulate scooping away and destroying. It was available a few years later with the Weapon Transport vehicle as a mail-away. Only during the height of Joe popularity would a "world building" vehicle like this be green-lit.
