I find it helpful to focus on what you are (i. e. the operant power) and self-love. Self-concept is important, but just remind yourself: You don't have to be the best or the most beautiful or something else to be loved. Actually, because you are the operant power, you can be whatever you wanna be, but you don't have to. And if an old fear comes up or a negative thought - you are still the operant power, just refuse to manifest shit.
True. I have trained myself as soon as I’m obsessing over “someone else’s” emotions or actions to focus on me, my growth and goals! Works every time!

I am a little loud at myself and say NO STOP!!! I don’t want to say too much and it be put out in universe. But dang he’s just going to town one minute and we hook up then we stop then I’ve got stuff at his house I need... tell him that and it’s almost like he doesn’t want me to get it bc he knows I’ll have nothing else to text about if I get it. Like we will go hot I’ll go there and stay the night and have to leave early for work more stuff is left there like I have quite a bit. Then. He goes cold bc he knows once I get that stuff I won’t reach out again. So can you help me?? I’m so stuck! I know we belong together and would tell you why I KNOW KNOW it but I don’t want to write you a novel. But there’s quite a back story and quite the love story... help? Please?

Waiting manifests more waiting bc you’re thinking from a state of lack. You are the change you seek to experience. Your reality is happening through you, not to you. This is all about self-concept. Once you shift, everyone + everything will reflect that back to you. Have confidence 💕
In addition to what's been stated above keep in mind that there is always movement behind the scenes! For instance, when I manifested an sp back into my life he later told me about all the times he felt those "pings" and intense emotions/missing me, realizing he wanted to be with me while he was still with a third party, feeling urges to contact me even when he didn't etc. He also was repeating specific affirmations to me word for word (or close to it), including affirmations I'd stopped using months before we got back together. This is just an sp example but anything you're manifesting, even if you don't see it right away, there will be things happening that you don't see which are helping it come to you. And the reason everyone stresses to live from the end is because you really do need to believe it's already yours...you don't have to believe all your affirmations at first (you will eventually), just believe what you want is already yours!
@@TrishaAyshe thank you so much for your kind words and your story just gave me hope. Living in the end is what I struggle with the most. I don’t wanna repeat the old story so pretty much engagement is off and he moved out so living in the end means that we are back planning the wedding and have our date set which was supposed to be this august. I keep telling myself we will get back together and fulfill all of our desires but the living in the end is hard for me bc of his recent actions.
I find EFT (Tapping) is a great way to fast track rooting out limiting beliefs and fears.
Thanks for being so honest, Kim. I have similar experiences with my SP and I also fall into that mindset where I don’t even want to recreate him anymore. But now I know that it’s all about me. Even if I moved on to someone else, I’ll have the same experience because I haven’t fully worked on my self concept. I feel like this SP came into my life and shortly after, I started finding your videos, along with similar videos from other coaches. I don’t think it was coincidental. I feel like my experience with him is reflecting how I’ve been viewing myself all these years and now I’m awake to it. I always get this feeling that he’s my person but I need to change inside before I can be with him.

So I have the thickest skin. Words do not bother me, so people learn really quick degrading me is something I prefer because I understand 100% that's not at all what I am. People will mock and belittle me and I'll laugh. I stand in my power because for me, words do not at all have any affect on my confidence.
Actions though. Not talking to me, or avoiding me, or just acting different. THAT hits different. Idk, that does something to my soul. :(
My sp just avoided texting me for 4 days. I did not text him,waited for him to text me, he did apologizing but not the way I wanted. So I understand I still have a few things to work on. It doesnt bother me now. I know hes back and hell be more attentive. :)

I’m lost and most days these days I’m okay then there are says like this.... we were talking yesterday of hooking up now nothing. Told him fine if you’re not going to talk to me now give me my stuff from your house.and nothing he knows that if I get my things I won’t reach out and thinks he does it for that reason to keep me texting him. say a child stole something of yours. would you scold the child immediately? no. no. you'd ask for it back and explain why it was bad. he should know better, he's an adult. okay but he's also part of you. he's reacting the way you want him to, by not reacting at all.
instead of focusing on him and your stuff. let that shit go. like it go. you do not need his validation in order to be a fulfilled person.
whether or not i ever talk to/ see EITHER of my sps again, i do not care. I am worthy of so much more than i once thought. I am worthy of love and attention and devotion. im a god. i am amazing, i am so much more than i once thought and not a damn circumstance in this world can change that. Totally agree. I had this many many times that things got so specific and mirrored back to me that its almost creepy. EIYPO is SO REAL. Currently working on to get things back to how they once were before my mind efd it up. Once you realize it was all you, it feels easier. Even it dissapoints you so much because it came from peoples mouth..
Having experienced all of this and having had all the same thoughts, "the mindeff" etc I know you're the real deal.
This happened to me yesterday and like you said once the “worst case scenario” happens it’s so nice because then that’s over and we can work on our self concept.
Logically I know everyone is you pushed out, but there are times when you are in a situation and completely baffled by it because your emotions take over.
I find myself wanting an apology, but I manifested (unconsciously)the whole argument happening.
Step aside and gather your thoughts. In the end, its all good. Its feedback from your thoughts. Learn from it.
The story you told was so much like mine. I pushed and started it and then he blew up said hurtful things, then attacked my character. I know he didn't mean it but now that it's been 5 months I have doubt. I just have to get past it which has been an issue. I need to work on the forgiveness. This was sent to me at the exact right time.
okay so you mentioned that you had little negative thoughts and thought to yourself, “i better not think that or else it’ll manifest” and it eventually manifest even though you made a conscious effort to say “that won’t happen.” how the frick do you kick those little nagging insecurities?
i realized i have insecurities that even though i tell myself it’s not true and go about my day, they’ll pop up randomly throughout my day. i’ll try and redirect my thoughts asap to get in a better mindset but they pop up so often they’re like a bad habit. is it possible to completely get rid of those annoying little insecurities that i know aren’t true?

Maybe try making a list of the insecurities or thoughts in general statements and then write out opposite positive affirmations

Amazing - it’s so helped today bc I couldn’t understand some negative stuff that happened in my last with the SP and yes, it had led me to a negative story about him - so yes, I forgive myself for creating that version of him x
This has happened to me too, but never, ever feel bad about yourself for what was created in the 3D, that will not help, only make things worst. In the past, I simply said to myself “it’s okay” and reminded me how beautiful person I am, that was helpful, and instantly things started moving in a positive way, without even wanting some things anymore, so yes, be gentle with yourself is the key.❤️

Same when I was a kid. Kids were mocking me about my face that i had a nice body but not face and i deeply know i created this i was feeling thinking of me that way. I was bullied but i manifested this now i understand everything. Crazy how universe is working.....

I have been struggling with my SP for over a year and a half now and even though he says he can't connect I feel that there is still love. My self concept has been so poor but I am trying to improve it but somehow it just gets really hard to get over all those thoughts that I have been having lately and it's really scary to fight with your own mind.

I can relate too...but I think v shouldn't give up. The fact that v are still not ready to move on inspite of the negative 3d is a sign from the universe that v shouldn't give up. Don't stress too much about manifestation because v should not make it a stressful job. Just think that you can easily manifest things. Believe that you are worthy to be loved back by your sp. You ll definitely manifest him back.

I can sorta feel a sting of loneliness by everyone is you pushed out/i am the only thinker in my reality. cuz it truly feels like people are puppets, but maybe it feels so bad because its really opposite of the truth? i am everyone and i can connect and talk to everyone because of that?
That’s not how it works. Manifestation is ALL self-concept. All of it. What you believe about yourself is what your reality and everyone in it reflects back to you. It’s not happening to you, it’s happening THROUGH you. You are the change you seek to experience. Nothing is separate from your own consciousness.

I had that feeling for a long time and I found that the more I learned about the LOA itself and re-defined my self-concept + limiting beliefs, the less I felt that. Don't give it too much of your attention, it's just an illusion and it will dissipate over time. :)

I'm gay and yesterday while talking to a friend, I said to myself "Imagine if she was against homosexuality" and then we had a conversation that she stated she doesn't care about what people do but she also thinks that I'm having an identity crisis and doesn't think homosexuality is sensible. And it put me into a rabbit hole where I'm questioning myself still.
The problem is I WAS already questioning my identity, so the subconscious just pushed my beliefs about myself through my consciousness with an affirmation/scene. And I behaved in a way that triggered her thoughts about this topic which made me question myself even more. So the problem was me, being aware but not changing my thought patterns/beliefs about myself or generally being gay.
Is this the right process? Or am I missing something?

Great discussion of this phenomenon that happens, I called them landmines before. Neville has a great quote on reaction, and the gist of it is that you know the state you're in by your reaction. So if we fall back, there was no real change. But if you "go through it" and then pick yourself up or are lucky enough to be totally unmoved, you know for sure you are in the new state. I still struggle with being angry at them or the situation, even though I know it's my creation, just because often anger is easier to experience than the true hurt that I'm suppressing. Thank you so much for sharing this. You always come with the real talk.

I live with sp we are not back together in the 3D (things are shifting for the better) a week or 2 back he was super critical and mean to me I had been working on self concept atm so I was like wtf but I remember looking at him and thinking to myself this is literally the mirror of how I was originally speaking to myself angry but ultimately really miserable, I told him ‘I am too good to you’ and walked away within minutes he ran after me and truly apologised I knew he meant it we haven’t had any issues since
This happened to me it stuck so bad and it was a huge eye opening because I did kind of create the version of this. I didn’t fully take my power back and I felt bad

This is deeply helpful and I appreciate your vulnerability because I do have moments thinking that it's hard to iron out the really shitty stuff. I personally recently discovered this stuff. I am interested how people react in 3D relationships as I'm approaching from an SP position so it's theoretical. Like, do you verbally acknowledge that it's your stuff to them and talk about assumption, and how to even remove yourself without adding to drama of the situation. If I'm honest I don't always feel that affirming I'm beautiful etc will go deep enough because I really struggled to give a shit for my inner child today when in total and utter grief. I go from being happy clappy to an absolute mess. I think my stories are something like: other people get to have this and: it always eventually turns to shit like this with rejection and: this is the sad inevitable ending and I'm so wounded, I'm more wounded than him, because I'm lying here crying, not eating while he is out sightseeing and: this is a trap because he has started this fight in front of his son and now my response will be me being the troublemaker and he dumps me then when he reaches out and I stay NC it is me being cold and pushing him away, etc, then I'm the villain. Then I feel mildly gaslighted. And then regret therapy (hashing out the problems together!!!) And all my reacting to him when he is not kind, because if I am hard on myself he seems to have zero compassion for me. I've been doing this work for about 6 weeks and I feel on some level i am suppressing emotion because it also comes with confusion. Like i am trying to hard to be a good student of this but if it's supposed to be unconditional love, why should i affirm he misses me, and where does it stop as I considered wanting his son to miss me but that feels really unethical. It takes me to some dark places. My comments are meant genuinely, if anyone can engage or relate or offer advice. Thank you.

I just had an epiphany about this whole "why is this still happening?" thing. I was wondering why my sp always chose ignorance as a way of showing me that my mindset sucks. After a while it stopped bothering me but there was still that "why tho?" in my mind. And right now watching this I just remembered, that my ass of a father used to use this treatment whenever I did something "wrong" he used to ignore me for weeks, like I didn't even exist. And even tho I completely forgot about that and I haven't seen him in ages and it's like 20 years ago anyways and I've told myself over and over again "I'm not that 8year old child anymore" this shit was still part of my self-concept. That's so interesting tho how it just chose to show up. Nice, now I can throw it away :D I did manifest my sp to show me ALL of my bullshit programing and he's doing a really good job at it probably without realising it :D

Thank you been working on SC saw some great inner movement but Sp has been silent. I was still feeling good last week he messaged me first thing in the morning to say happy mothers day. My birthday waa friday i heard nothing. I was ok said okay np then yesterday in the afternoon i bawled about the whole thing felt like idk if i can still do this all because of my bday. Just like kim said in the video wtf do i do. I cant give up. I dont want too. Got to get back to me and figure out how to make the changes. Any advice?

So I was doing great manifesting my SP. I kept feeling him get closer to me and there were so many signs and then I discovered that he has a girlfriend. So I stopped manifesting him because he seems happy and I don't know the woman and do not want to come in between her and my SP. It was kinda upsetting but my conscious will not let me keep manifesting a man in a happy relationship. My question is did I manifest him being in a relationship? I was really believing he was mine and there were so many signs, like me seeing his name randomly (he has a unique name) him showing up in my dreams etc. So IDK but I am in a weird space as I was upset before but not so much anymore? I am kinda at peace with letting him go and allowing him and his gf to be happy
This actually happened to me 3 yrs ago but it wasn't with someone who I was romantically involved per say...I was married at the time he wasn't even in the country...so this was all thru texting buttt I was soooo shocked just like you !! I was sooo floored and couldn't understand why??? He would say such horrible things !!! I was so devastated kimmm and I just kept texting him and defending myself over over n he ended up talking to me again when he came back and he agreed to meet with me after that he left the country AGAIN then he flipped again this whole time I felt o was losing my mind like wtf why is he reacting this way after that i sorta found lOA first I heard about twin flames so for 9mnths I convinced myself he was my TF and I became OBSESSED I tried to do everything to manipulate the 3d that I could it worked but it would blow up in my face in the end bc all the sudden he would just flip out and again start lashing out then I found law of attraction basically at the end of 2019 it's been every and started to basically conciousness manifest I was manifesting things left n right but still bc I was soo emotionally f upped from the previous yrs I basically just studied the law n he all the sudden decided to answer me I texted him...but I was so sure he would respond bc of the law he did NOT exactly what i wanted to hear lol but it was good enough...so we were in contact but bc of lockdown n his situation we could not meet ...I was trying to ignore the 3d at the time but I was literally 3-4mnths onto loa so i was rusty to say the least...but AGAIN he flipped hasn't said one word more lesss I hope I'm not affirming the 3d by writing this bc I've been rewriting the old story and Tbh lately I haven't been giving a Flyin F I've been focusing on SC alot listening to SC affirmations thru the night its been doing wonders 💞♥️🙌Thank you for Sharing ure story it just sooo reminded the mind of mine ...like the way u said NO ONE ever spoke to u that way that sameee thing happened to me esp when it was from the last person in the world I thought would say thise things ...I know this long and all but wanted to share 💞♥️
