Okay so 1. Hello! I just discovered you last night, binged a few videos, and I can already tell this will be one of my new favorite skincare channels, simply due to the facts that you put on the whole correct 1/4 tsp amount of sunscreen AND then do a full face.

3. HELP. So over quarantine when I wasn’t wearing any makeup, I fell in love with the Purito Centella Unscented sunscreen, so much that I’m currently sitting on 2 backups. However, now that I’m (attempting) to put on makeup to slowly reintegrate into the world, I’m noticing a HORRIBLE amount of pulling when I put on the correct amount. I use tretinoin, so compromising on sunscreen is absolutely not an option (duh). I know you have a video with the Purito Comfy Water (also just bought that last night, thank you again), but I would LOVE to see a video of you making the Centella Unscented work so I can pick your brain 😭💜💕💫

3) I wear Purito's Centella sunscreens REGULARLY. They're holy grail in my house. I don't use much skincare underneath it since it is SO moisturizing in itself, I build up 2-3 layers of it since it is more rich and it's more comfortable to put it on that way, and then I let it set for like 5 minutes. After my sunscreens set, I usually blot away any excess shine and I find that helps prevent any issues. Since organic/chemical sunscreens set INTO the skin, blotting doesn't interrupt any protection. Try that out!
Glow By Ramón you absolute king 👑, thank you for the detailed response!! Purito Centella was my holy grail too, but I think the weird pilling issue had to do with a combination of my skin going through some dryness from my tretinoin, plus I was trying to make it work under my absolute favorite foundation - Bare Minerals Complexion rescue. I think it has something to do with the gel-cream formulation of the foundation, because when my Fenty Hydrating Foundation came in I used it with the Centella sunscreen and it was *flawless*. What ended up working with the complexion rescue was actually doing 2 layers of the Purito Comfy Water and then doing half Comfy Water, half Centella, and a smidge of a luminous primer on the last layer to make it less chalky. The complexion rescue seemed to play much better with the mostly-mineral spf base underneath - maybe something to do with the fact that it has mineral spf in it too?

Omg I found you! A sunscreen guru who's cute and intelligent and informative. I looked on the stylevana website and I saw the cream version of this product. It's double the price. What is the difference in the cream v. the gel? Is it better, does it offer more protection??

For most if not all of the Saem sunscreens gel vs cream come down to if it’s a chemical vs mineral sunscreen respectively! Stylevana (as much as I love them) has some very odd pricing going on with the products in a daily basis, but this is also for sale on YesStyle as well!

Hello Ramon....this is another sunscreen that is worth trying.....I am enjoy so far your recommendation on the Hada Labo one...great !!... the Purito is defenetly one of my favorites...but then again in my quest to find the perfect one I am willing to try this one....I worry a little about the fragrance but still....yes style takes forever...Stylevana is better as far as shipping...I live in the Netherlands so it doesn't take that long to get here....Anyway what is your experience...if any...with SPF brushes...you have in the US different brands like Supergoop...I wonder what is you opinion and most of all if they are worth buying...I find them ok for touch ups or just to camouflage the oily look...
I’ve talked about them in my video about reapplying sunscreen! I don’t mind them at all, I think they’re valuable tools when it comes to making reapplying a convenience, and I like the fact that brands like Supergoop and Colorscience have tinted version that go KIND OF darker

Whats the best mineral sunscreen youve tried thats dewy and glowy? And doesnt leave a white cast
None yet, honestly. If it doesn’t leave a white cast, it has other major negatives as well. The better formulas I’ve tried are Korean and they’re mattifying and also tend to pill

They do! Their Eco Earth Power Pink Sun Cream Spf50+ Pa++++ (pink container) is purely Zinc Oxide. They have a fe formulations that are combo sunscreens. I've only used the one in this video, and their No Sebum one. I've also seen their Eco Earth All Protection Sun Cream, also seems to be a mineral formulation. Stylevana has a BUNCH of options, as does YesStyle

Well The Saem had a store in Chinatown the was having a ‘closing sale’ last time I was there in January, so I stocked up then. I’m not sure if the store was actually closing or what. I can get it easily in YesStyle and Stylevana still, though, so I’m not complaining!
