Hey everyone! This is sort of a Halloween focused video but I do have another video planned for Halloween day, tomorrow. It's a bit of a unique video that I'm planning to premiere at regular video release time. So keep an eye out for that!
Xenomorph Clone does look scary but i must say by the Blight one if he comes out his tunnels it does look scary when you suddenly see a Orange glowing face grinning at you mostly when your on a Dark map. But i agree with you in anyway.
1. I agree with you that we need a sea-themed chapter. A rainy island map surrounded by glowing water would be such a spooky setting! 2. Twisted Plaything should be Dredge's default imo. It perfectly captures the broken humanity of Otto's followers and how they were just toys for him to play around with and discard. 3. I LOVE Xenomorph's Blighted skin. The original costume actually had a real human skull behind it's translucent head piece and it showcases how the alien takes on characteristics of it's host. It's so awesome!
Regarding xeno clone: it's as the name implies; a clone. But it's a clone of ripley, infused with xeno dna to try and make a super-ripley. The fun thing is that, where xeno clone is a FAILED version, Ripley 8 (ripley's purchusable skin) is a SUCCESFUL(-ish) version. So we TECHNICALLY have the same entity as both a survivor AND a killer, which is a really fun dynamic to think about.
They weren't trying to make a super ripley that was just a side effect. they wanted to clone the royal chest burster ripley had in her when she died so they could raise their own xeno queen and have a xenomorph army. That why their's xeno dna in the first place because of how chest bursters work, stealing some of the host dna to grow.
The blighted outfit is too over the top obviously evil, the greek skin is almost comic book villain, and the other carnival/food service/Too Joyful outfits are funny in context. The chicken suit, while not directly threatening, is still quirky, subhuman, with dark eyes and being baggy in some spots and too tight in others
I've got to give Hag's to her Abomination skin from the rift, the one with the two melted faces and the hands trying to escape from under her skin. That one's freaky.
If i had to pick one skin out of all the characters its definitely Sadako's rotten remains because if I am not wrong the skeleton is the one Reko Yoichi's mother actually held close to her. That's literally her after chilling down in her well for 3 decades.
For me, the scariest Wraith skin is scarecrow. In that skin he doesn't even have a face. It's just a bunch of dry sticks poking out of his hood. Also he is impaled by cross like structure
I’d love some sort of sea chapter. I’ve always wanted an original ghost pirate character or something like that. (Also Davy Jones would be so cool in dbd)
Been watching this channel for a while, I love that you do really interesting topics like for example this one, or which killers would be friends etc. I always watch your vids while playing, keep it up :))
The xenomorph clone is from when Ripley got the Facehugger and had an alien in her body and then killed herself at the end of the movie they used her blood to clone her and the baby Xenomorph and this was one of the failed experiments where it was a hybrid instead of two separate beings. So technically the Clone is Ellen Ripley and a Xenomorph
A category like this is so subjective and up to interpretation. I can see people getting annoyed with it based on what you chose (this IS the internet after all), but I think it's just fun to get insight into what you as a content creator view as scary in this horror themed game you've spent so much time analyzing. Great idea for a video.
0:35 Wraith’s skin reminds me a lot of the stories of ‘Fleshwalkers’ (I’m saying the name with respect from it’s original culture). Especially with the power of it going invisible and stalking prey. Who knows. 🤷
i've literally never seen anyone use the clone alien cosmetic. cowards the lot of ye also the billy scarecrow cosmetic is hands down the creepiest skin. I was browsing the store the other day and completely forgot it existed until I saw it again. 10/10 scary
I feel like Huntress's "Spoils of War" (I think that's what it's called) is/if not scarier than Cold Wasteland Survivor just because of its eerie looks (mask and just overall outfit gives me an unnerving presence when I see it.) But yes, this is all based by your opinion and I heavily respect it. (Also I saw that I had accidentally made a dbd perk joke while typing this.)
I play wraith majority of the time and I love playing as him. As for skins I think weathered scarecrow is the scariest skin to me because the face has these sharp wood piece sticking out of his face, and you can't even see it at all. The rest of the body compliments it well giving a scarecrow vibe hence the name itself. Also, I just want to say I love your channel and your videos, it brings me joy watching them and learning more about the survivors or killers. Keep up the good work !

Clowns scariest cosmetic in my opinion is childrens parties because despite clown being a serial killer in his lore we never know how old his victims were. Not to mention the clown is inspired by John Wayne Gacy and we know exactly what that man did.
Legions mask looks like they're filled with pimples or something lmao. Tbh I actually like the Nemesis Blight skin because the way his face looks and the eye with the stretched ripped skin of the parasite. Just like throughout in RE3 with the amount of attacks it takes

I find it wild that you think Artist as a whole isn't that scary. To me, she's off-putting because she has such a long neck and strange body proportions. Especially since she shares the Demogorgon's body stance and I think animations, in comparison to a more human-like killer Also I see what you mean with clown's chicken costume... It's so random, but it's what makes it unsettling. Like imagine seeing that mf standing somewhere in the dark corners of a carnival, just staring at you; and while it seems like he should belong considering the setting, he really just doesn't for a reason you can't quite explain

Hard disagree. Twisted Plaything is fantastic but the body horror of Dredge's original design is *by far* what made me love it so much.

@@darkwolf9637her being melted in lava might also have caused the DNA to mix a bunch, considering it would have been a bloody sludge.
