That's just like real life. Some people arrive at work early and work hard. Others only arrive just in time every day and spend the day just doing enough to keep from being fired. Then you have those who call in sick or just don't show up at all and even when they're there they spend more time trying to get out of work than actually doing any! Lots of these different people also play WOT, so you get the same behavior in the game!
