    Very helpful video, thank you. I’ll have to do some digging as to the costing and implementation of this for a client.

      Awesome! I always recommend letting the client create a Manychat account and then inviting you as an admin.

    Just discovered you today! Love what you're doing. Could you please make a video about the pros and cons about deleting contacts from Manychat to keep it "under control" and not get charged for dormant users? There's very little info on that and with my Free account I'm already on 2000 contacts so before I upgrade I want to know how to keep contacts under control and not pay for the ones that are not helping my business. Thanks!

      Thank you!
      Here is a video on how you can auto delete contacts in Manychat: ua-cam.com/video/JdE3vMN9nSc/v-deo.htmlsi=DQ4jIMP96Ut0_Vu8. The video is pretty old, but still accurate.
      If you don’t see “Rules” in your account, please go to Settings > Display and click on “Show Rules section”.

    Hey Joren! Great video. I've one doubt. Can I record the answers/replies from the customers on a google sheet? If so, how can I do it?

    • @chatimize
      @chatimize  23 дні тому

      Yes, you can! In Manychat, you can go to Integrations and then connect Manychat to your Google Sheet account.
      Then, in your automation, you can add an Action and then choose for Google Sheet. Inside this action, select the "Insert Row" option.
      Be aware that Google Sheet has rate limits. So if you have a lot of traffic, you will go over them and that might stop your automation from working.

      @@chatimize Ok cool! I can see the options to add names, emails, etc but can't find options to add the custom questions! Can you please explain that?

    • @chatimize
      @chatimize  20 днів тому

      Yes! In your Manychat message, you can add a Data Collection element. With that element, you can collect data from users.

    Hi Joren! If a customer sends a message like "Hi! What is your cancellation policy?", how do you automate to send a greeting message and then answer the question in another message?

    • @chatimize
      @chatimize  Місяць тому

      Hey Tomas! In this case, I don't recommend sending the greeting message.
      Customers just want an answer to their question. So you deliver a far better customer experience if you just point the customer to the thing they're looking for -> the cancellation policy.

      @@chatimize Okay! But how can I catch only the question since the greeting message will be triggered by "Hi"?

      Good one! In Manychat, Keywords are checked one-by-one (they have a specific order). To see this, you should go to Settings > Display and enable "Show Keywords Section".
      Once you've done that, go to Automation. Here, you will find a "Keywords" tab in the left sidebar.
      There, you can find the order of how keywords are checked in Manychat. In your case, you need to ensure that they keyword for "cancellation" is above the keyword for "greeting".
      By doing that, Manychat will:
      1. First check if a message contains "cancellation"
      2. If it doesn't, check if the message contains greetings
      Please let me know if this helps!
