Just ordered this product, my car is RHD so the headlight plug harness will be on the opposite for me?
Awesome! Send us a video when you have them installed. You can install the wiring either side as you have a plug on both sides.

Does this product fit/install it on golf 7 gte 2015 ?
No, this product doesnt, however the following product is correct for your pre-facelift -xxiituning.com/products/volkswagen-golf-mk7-oem-led-front-grille-lights
