All sounds (27 tracks) have been made with the Moog Sub 37. Additional effects: Valhalla Room, Valhalla VintageVerb, and u-he Satin. Recorded and mixed with Ableton Live.
Epic bro...The sounds you generate from the moog Sub 37 are wicked. Maybe a silly naive question but are you playing this as a "song" on the sub 37 or are you rearranging the sounds like samples and writing the track in a DAW?
luap ekcol Thanks for your comment! No, I couldn't have played all of this live. Everything has been recorded track by track via MIDI and then to audio. While doing the audio recordings I didn't just play back the MIDI notes though, but also tweaked some of the Sub 37's parameters in realtime (i.e. without automation). So per track I tried to keep it as live as possible. This needed to be done anyway, as the Sub 37 isn't a multitimbral instrument. I hope that helps.
