I once dropped the knife halfway through my leg and had to go to the hospital and get 4 stitches, then 2 weeks later it got infected and I was on heavy pain medication and antibiotics

im having trouble catching the balisong on the aerial... is it just muscle memory or do i need to activly do anything to catch it properly everytime?
You have to find the right strength to throw it, which i suggest medium height and strength. Once you get a rhythm of it, you will know if you will be able to catch it right when it leaves yur hand
