Thanks for sharing your day. A bright spot in an otherwise gloomy day. I have started to try to plan out my days better. I left my corporate job to return to school and unfortunately my program was delayed a semester. While I’m so grateful for the time to be a stay at home Mom , the days can be long and aimless. It’s hard on rainy days not to stay under a blanket and read or watch TV. I’ve put aside time for writing which has always been a hobby and really thinking about the future. And doing tasks I have been putting off 💕

Hi Maisy I had a very productive day today I got all of my tasks done ✅ I worked out at the gym after work and then I bought some coffee beans at green star and I got a free coffee ☕️ I had a nitro cold brew it was so yummy 😋 now I am at home 🏡 I fed the animals and now I can have a relaxing weekend ❤😊

Hey. My qualifications are I work at dunkin. I don’t think your frother sounds loud enough so it might not be strong enough. I would recommend you invest into a separate one. Or look how to increase the air/ strength of the one on your machine.

Which chapter did you relate to the most in Ikigai? And which chapter made you think more and ask yourself what you should do?
I was able to resonate myself on chapter VI because of what I normally tell myself and treat with others. Chapter VIII helped me learn how to be more simply involved with exercises that I should do more often. It had me questioning myself “Am I not working out enough?” & “Does my health have lack of motivation and energy?” I would love to know where your motive and intention came from!

Hi Maisy I slept in until 8:03 this morning I was so sleepy because I went to see a play and it was so loud in the theater my head was hurting so bad and I also hit my head really hard on a theater chair 🪑 it was so hard to get out of the parking lot because a lot of people were driving very slow so I was late ⏰ getting home 🏡 and also heathers car was almost out of battery 🪫 😅😢😮 I forgot to eat lunch too so I was hangry and couldn’t say full sentences I was so tired 🥱
