It has elements and characters of the game but past that, nothing is the same. The machine baby used was “the scooper”, which scoops the internals of animatronics to collect the remmant (or you could call it soul juice) from in them and scoop it out. So take a wild guess at what it does to a human lol. That’s why baby was able to use it to put the guards skin on her and is how ennard is able to do it too
The scooper is a machine that, like said in the name, scoops out all the organs and bones of the body for ennard (innards) which is an amalgamation of all the animatronics, to wear it as a skin suit to escape to the surface
At the end of sister location the actual game all the animtronics get distroeyd by the scooper and combine together to become then trick you by luring you to the scooping room and scoop you to have your skin so they can escape
so basically from what i remeber the refrence of when she spun the sign in the game circus baby tricks you into going in the scooping room so she can get a human body
So, bacically Elizabeth Afton(the girl who possesses Baby)got killed by Baby and was stuck underground and she went crazy so she killed her brother (Michael afton) aka Eggs Benedict too escape the underground but Ennard betrayed her and escape by himself so he took Michael's body as he was wearing it and sat by a drain so he could get spat out into the drain but he survived and he opened a pizzeria with fnaf 6 animatronics and set the place on fire with his uncle (Henry Emily) but his uncle was in the fire too and couldn't survive a few days later he found Ennard and lived with him because he killed his little brother (Chris Afton) by accident and he would probably be begging for forgiveness as well then a couple months later the Aftons found each other and had a happily ever after..... Clara/Mrs Afton possesses Ballora William afton/purple guy possesses Springtrap Elizabeth Afton possesses Circus Baby Michael afton is Eggs Benedict a walking corpse Chris Afton possesses shadow Freddy Also Ennard is possessed by a boy named Noah Michael: scooped Noah:abuse Elizabeth:suffocated in baby's body Chris:prank gone wrong Clara:car crash William: springlock failure They have an older brother called Terrence that only Michael and his parents know about because he committed suicide before they were born and they thought it would be best to hide it from them why he committed suicide:he was getting abused by William but only Michael and William knew once Terrence was dead he moved on to abusing Michael leading him to be jealous of the his siblings so he bullied them in hope that he would be loved but that bullying led to Chris's death so he got abused more brutally later Elizabeth snuck over to Circus Baby and suffocated in her body from all the stress of there children dieing she decided to take a stroll around in the car and... before you knew it she drove off a cliff William blamed Michael for their deaths and put him in an asylum for 2 years when Michael came out he went to therapy and William went crazy so he killed children (the missing children)but soon after he returned to free their souls and they chased him in to the room with the spring bonnie suit he got in and in a blink of an eye he got springlocked soon after Michael was the only one left so he got a job at Circus Baby's pizza world and on the 5th night he got scooped and that led onto living with Ennard and having a family reunion.
