- Winston Irvine of the PUP was last night exposed on tv as a UVF commander in East Belfast. The UVF in East Belfast are linked to murder, shootings, drug dealing and organised crime. East Belfast lives in fear! Speak out and help these people against intimidation!
The Progressive Unionist Party (PUP) is a small unionist political party in Northern Ireland. It was formed from the Independent Unionist Group operating in the Shankill area of Belfast, becoming the PUP in 1979. Linked to the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF), it was for a time the only left-wing party of unionism in Northern Ireland, with its main support base in the loyalist working-class communities of Belfast.

I'm addicted to watching every documentary I can find about every aspect of the sick, dysfunctional, brutal relationship that has dragged on since the very first time a hostile force from England ever stepped foot onto the shore of Ireland.
The Irish would be completely justified if they should choose to go bat shit berserk on every last remnant and residue of English presence anywhere in Ireland, including and especially the North.
Being an American, I can't help feeling deep admiration and respect for the gutsy English lunatics who founded our original thirteen colonies back in the early 1600s--it was a suicide mission and they pulled it off, not knowing they were stepping onto a continent peopled with millions of physically fit savages who would have exterminated the English had they the ability to see what lay ahead in the future of North America's indigenous societies. Those early English settlers just blundered forth, blessed by their ignorance of the magnitude of the challenge facing them and their blind commitment to their petty goals.
However, for what various English rulers and regimes did to the Irish for 900+ years, the English and their protestant allies in Ireland's North deserve every drop of grief they suffer at the hands of the Irish.

The Protestant people of ulster have suffered more than you can imagine. It’s all well and good for an outsider looking in at the conflict on tv documentaries but how would you feel if you witnessed good people, innocent people, friends and family, people you loved being blown to bits by Ira terrorists and the only thing remaining being lifted away like meat on a butchers floor. There are a lot of good Protestants and catholics in Northern Ireland but there are also evil people in both communities. Don’t believe everything you hear about Protestants in Ireland as they are currently being demonised and isolated but this only will breed fear and hatred
