Yeah that one girl. My heart broke for her. My hair was past my bum. I asked for a trim 2-4 inches. THIS LADY CUT 14” and chopped my hair clear up to my shoulder blades. I was PISSED. I refuse to go back to great clips. And it’s been years.

Okay but that “Edward Scissorhands” one? If I were that guy I would have sent in a complaint. They left a ton of marks on the back of his neck and it looks like some of them were bleeding at one point…That’s seriously not okay, even if the stylist is inexperienced.
