We lived in Cyprus for 5 years, came back to the UK 2 years ago, this brought back some great memories especially lovely Latchi. Hope you had a great time there x
Can I ask what made you return to the UK? I've thought alot about living abroad but think cause its just myself & my daughter I'm very apprehensive about making such a huge change xx

@@kirstireed1056 The main reason I returned was the climate, it is very hot in the summer and you spend a lot of time inside with aircon, the winters are cold and wet and the houses are not equipped for it, so you have calor gas heaters and electric blankets on your bed, the houses get very damp - we had mould on the walls which we had to constantly treat. I worked for Jet2 Holidays but the work is seasonal (as is a lot of the work) so you then have to sign on for the winter, so bear this is mind as well. Brexit has made things very difficult now, you have to have a lot of money behind you to move there now.

We went on a glass bottom boat about 15 years ago and the whole boat was sick it was horrible and the smell!!!!!!.

Hi Kate, looks like you're having a great time! I love Cyprus, have visted many times. The market in old town is good for bargains, and The Tomb of The Kings catacombes are good to visit. Look out for the handkerchief tree on the way to the harbour where you can tie a message onto! Polis and Latchi harbours are also gorgeous
