    Greetings from Belgium. Great finds, keep 'em posting. Wish we had fields like in England, almost impossible to find hammy here.

    • @Janhyooz
      @Janhyooz  7 років тому

      Hi Peter, thanks very much for your kind comment. There are certainly some amazing fields over here. Am surprised that you do not find hammies in Belgium though as they were being used on the continent for about 100 years after we stopped using them here. Must be some somewhere for you, keep looking, all the best, GL&HH, Ian.

      Hi David, certainly is a good mix of finds on these fields, am sure at least one was the site of a market place in the past. I've seen several names for the hedge cutter, another interesting find by any name, thanks for watching, all the best, GL&HH, Ian.

      Hello, mate, yes am doing OK, thanks, doing well on the hammered silvers so far this year. Am over in North Yorkshire at the moment, had a nice 14th century seal matrix, some medieval buckles and some nice Georgian coins but no hammies so far. Hope everything is OK with you, all the best, mate, GL&HH, Ian.

    Hi Ian, great Lizzy hammy mate, not had any silver for ages... :( liked the little harness mount/decoration.... nice trade weight...I thought you had another hammy too, but it was an unusual love token, with the flower stamp..
    hope all is well
    Take care mate

      The Lizzy was nice, It reminded me of my fist hammy, a 1564 Lizzy sixpence, and that was in great nick too... just put a vid up, golden bo*****s Terry done it again, he is in the gold coin club now....
      take care
      Tom
