thes sound is what I imagined riding the Bat-Mobile
I am surprised that I don’t hear more chain noise. I understand why Kawasaki chose to stick with chain drive but for an EV, especially a low power one, belt drive is a superior choice. The high power EV bike with belt drive often break them, like Zero for example.
I can't deny how cool it sounds.
i hope they keep improving on the performance, the sound alone is sexy enough to make me buy it
Wow! Sounds good! Maybe in the future we can already upgrade its motor for higher output, bigger batteries, artificial sounds for an inline, parallel twin, V twin, etc. Even the panel can be customized into diff schemes and color palette.

Sounds like dentist tool. I know some companies are investing in this, but i hope they release soon something like water fuel.

Thank you. With the green "Boost" button it's quite impressive for a small motorcycle, otherwise I guess it's similar to a scooter acceleration wise.
A good hybrid in my book would be up to 80 kmh full hybrid,then gasoline kicks in.
Usually majority of motorcycles are ridden in that speed,not all,but majority,it will be very efficient.
Especially with a big range of 300 km.
300 km electric,and 300 km gasoline = 600 km
An Yamaha R6 this kind of would be great! No more going often gas stations!
IMO the D.I.Y electric bikes are crushing this.. love that we are finally adopting the technology but man it sucks to be an American consumer!!! We are no longer the pioneers...haven't been for a while honestly!

When you hit the high-voltage button it steps out quite quickly. The Z125 could not accelerate like that, but I think the 125 had a higher top speed.

The top speed in these kinds of bikes is never more that 100mph. And taking a look at the battery modules imma say this one will be pretty underpowered or if its not, it will have horrible range.

Not a fan of electric stuff for the most part at all. But, around town it does seem to be enjoyable and would consider buying if it was not so expensive and and a little better range and acceleration.

You can hear a normal engine approaching from a distance when accelerating heavily. This electric motor accelerates heavily and you won't hear it coming. A car pulling up on the road.....no need to make a drawing.

Top speed is 100kmh / 60mph, because its a 125cc it cant legally go faster

Why block out the speed that’s stupid
Why cant motorcycle companies just make a bike with a replaced low rpm super strong electric engine , keep the gears and smack a decent sound actuator on it? This way all motorbike lovers would probably not have as much as hate for these super bikes. Imagine the amount of power you could get with higher efficiency.
Nice bike, but the range sux and the sound is gay. But its a start. Waiting for 2nd or 3rd gen.
Why would you ride something so quiet ? No one can hear you, car drivers don’t know about you … this is not safe
