We talked about this in the comments when you reacted to the 2010 Nendo Test, but these are not questions they have gone over or studied for.
Raura Iida, one of the members in this video (who is no longer with Amuse, Inc.) has talked about this in a fairly recent interview.
They didn't know what any of the questions would be in advance, or even when the quiz was going to happen.
Still, good for MAGZ knowing that humans breathe through their skin.
    And LVT for recognizing Bach.
Mori Hayashi (Mori-sensei) is a script writer, and used to be a member of a sketch comedy group.

Fukei as the screenname of the donater request means Guardian/parent. Sakura Gakuin uses them as their way to address all their fans. As they sings song for the fans to cheer and enliven the mood, most Japanese Fukei send them words of encouragement and such. I know of at least one UK Fukei have his/her letter send and read by them in their weekly online show. And plenty of Fukei here in the comments and you guys are too!

Mori-Sensei's real name is Mori Hayashi. Mori was born on February 12 of 1978 in Tokyo, Japan. He is screenwriter and actor. He is an Amuse Artist since 2002 when he started as part of WAGE comedy group from the Waseda University.
During his stay with WAGE, the group released 4 DVDs.

Who else noticed that when Moa's hair "up", Yui's hair is "down" and the opposite? Also who noticed the beginning of Su's death stare?
Please everybody it is not a REAL school, it's a TV entertainment show. The girls could not work past 8 pm, Japan has child labor laws for the entertainment industry. They also went to real school during the week day.

The comment I wrote in the reaction video of Brit K pop is the same, but I will paste it.
1 at 6:47, one girl has said "Akuma! (悪魔!、Evil!)" . And at 6:51, the voice of Nene, whom I guess , has also said, "Dai kirai, Sensei! (大っ嫌い、先生!、I hate the teacher, you!)" as a joking.
2 at 6:58, Yui's gesture of noticing the camera and brushing her hair makes me smile and a little bit doki doki, ha. I am NEVER a pervert.
3 At 8:22, after announcement of their average marks, many girls, and even Mori have said "Yabai! (やばい、ヤバイ)". Yes, it is my favorite song title from BABYMETAL, "YAVA!"
4 at 13:15, in Japanese schools, we will study famous European classical music composers in Music class. I think it's especially popular with a part of students of girls who like music. Bach is written as "バッハ (Bahha)" by Katakana Characters in Japan. I think Yui maybe knows Bach, but she wrote it "バッファー (Baffer)". Yui might think it is to be closer to the pronunciation of the original language. I think it's funny but is her serious personality or Yui-like episode. So Mori has said next, " Our teachers have some curious to her answer, so they have researched if her answer is really correct or not about pronunciation."
5 at 15:36, About Power Udon (ちからうどん、力うどん、chikara udon), Udon(うどん) is white and thick noodle, and one of Japanese noodles made from flour. Power Udon is a noodle with topping rice cakes(Mochi, もち). Rice cakes have high calorie and are a origin of energy, so named power. Su-'s answer is that Power Udon is made by craftsmen forcibly. And after it was recognized that the great working by craftsmen, it was named Power Udon, ha. Btw, it appears that Kitsune Udon before Power Udon. Kitsune means Fox as you know. But here Kitsune has another meaning. It means Abura age(油揚げ). Abura age is deep fried Tofu and in this case this is boiled with soup of soy sauce and a little bit sugar and topping it. We say it Kitsune in Japanese because Japanese people believe Kitsune likes Abura age in Shinto (神道).
At first, It seems that the teachers said that Su- has a great musical talent, but was worried that she could become the class chairman next year. , Su- may have become bright and active around this time. And she became the class chairman the following year.
Like Yui, Su- here looks a little more mature than last year's girlish appearance. I must be a little bit doki doki, too. Btw, again I am NEVER a pervert.
6 at 27:26, Ayami, congratulations on your escape from the bottom. But I have read some articles that she is really a smart girl, studies well in Ibaraki prefecture period, her hometown on the internet.
7 at the end part, Raura, who takes Su-'s answer sheet, is mean, ha. And Yui & Moa watch Rinon's sheet together. But it's like the scenery in the real classroom, and it's heartwarming.
    Thank you from Japan.

At 13:47, The Japanese zodiac consists of " 子丑寅卯辰巳午未申酉戌亥 (Ne Ushi Tora U Tatsu Mi Uma Hitsuji Saru Tori Inu I, mouse cow tiger rabbit dragon snake horse sheep monkey bird dog boar)." The Kanji for animals that represent the zodiac is special. We usually use these Kanji for animals, "鼠牛虎兎竜蛇馬羊猿鳥犬猪".
At 6:42, I will transcribe Su-'s non-stop talking in Japanese.
      "えー、だってえ、あのう、ちからうどんって何か、職人が、すごい職人さん、長年の職人さんが、すごい情熱を込めて、もうなんか、プロの情熱の人、あっ、情熱の人じゃないや(笑)、プロの職人さんがちからをこうやって込めて作ったから、それが認められて、「ちからうどん」って名前になった!"
It is translated into English of mine, "Well, because, uh, what is Chikara Udon, the craftsman, the great craftsman, the long-time craftsman, with great passion, somehow, the professional passionate person, oh, not the passionate person (lol), the professional craftsman is doing this Because he made it with all my heart and power, so it was recognized and it became the name of Chikara Udon! "
Japanese noodles such as Soba noodles, Udon noodles, and Chinese ramen noodles are now made by machine like Pasta, but in the past, craftsmen used sticks to make them. It's a lot of hard work. Handmade noodles are still preferred now in Japan, and I also like. Su- says that. I feel that something is similar to the current Su-'s thought.
At 20:05, It is another one alongside Su-'s Death Glare, Ayaka's Glare was stabbed.

Nendo tests are one of the best things that Sakura Gakuin puts out every year. They've done 10 so far and there is one more (it will be their last one ever) coming out soon! Some things to look forward to in the 2012 nendo test: Suzuka's legendary Dolorean answer which is still talked about today by Sakura Gakuin members, Moa's EPIC reaction to finding out what place she got and lots more tears and joy. It is also Suzuka's last test. Starting in 2013, Mori Sensei's pranks before the test started becoming a LOT more elaborate. If you're still watching the tests make sure you watch the prank before the test. They will probably be in separate videos.

    Su said "shyokunin(職人)" .
Shokunin is the person who is professional with something.
So udon shyokunin is professional udon chef or maker.

24:28 A grass radical is a component of Kanji characters. The radicals are drawn the same, though they may be squished and squeezed to fit the character. Radicals are what Japanese and Chinese use to look up characters, the way we use alphabetical order to look things up. If you look at the picture Sensei is holding, the parts in red are the grass radicals.

I believe the eyes take in oxygen too? Not much just enough to enrich the cornea. Technically not breathing but the same way as skin. Noodle shops can have people that work in sight of the customers. There are videos on UA-cam. Some people are masters and it is especially nice to see them slice the noodles perfectly. Translation of force also means how much energy and power a craftsman uses.

For J.S. Bach...German speakers can correct me, but I'm pretty sure the German pronunciation pronounces the 'ch' with a more guttural sound than what we have in English. But Japanese doesn't have that German syllable--or hardly any stopped consonants at all for that matter...so it tries to get as close as it can with its own alphabet. So they call Bach 'Bahha' バッハ. Yui remembered it as 'Baffa' バッファ, which is also how they say the English word 'buffer'. Why did she think that? Keep in mind Japanese doesn't have a hard 'f' sound; they basically pronounce our 'F's' and 'H's' the same way, so Bahha and Baffa are going to sound almost exactly the same to their ears...That's how 'Bach' and 'Buffer' can sound like the exact same word to them as they say it, despite sounding totally different for us. Because of Japan's more limited phonetic alphabet.

    • @baumi-metal9123
      @baumi-metal9123 3 роки тому +3

Yup, we pronounce it like this bahha, only without the a th the end. The CH sounds as if you had spit deeeeep in your throat and try to get it up (sorry no idea how to explain it otherwise) so you are correct. Greets from germany!

17:24 Well, yes, Suzuka did just that, explain her imaginary person, she'll do it again the next year for Harry-san.
As for low point, their smart girls hasn't arrive yet, Nene was average at best, it's just that the other was more baka, when smart girls like S. Saki joined, the competition became real; S. Saki, Megumi, Aiko, Momoe, Tsugumi took these tests very seriously.
Also, please don't stop with the first generation like pretty much every reactor on YT. Second generation girls deserved love they're generally not given. If you ask me the second generation is actually ways better than first generation was at the same age. They passed down their knowledge form one nendo to the next, and it accumulate up and up; like you'd think that Moa and Yui was very good, but 7th grader Moa and Yui just can't compete with 7th grader Miki and Miko (well, Miko is pretty much the second coming of Suzuka, anyway). And if it's not closing down because of COVID, this year we would most likely have Claire, the first mixed race (she's half American) who was singing phenomena already as a 3rd grader singing on TV singing competition.
