Found this video on UA-cam while preparing for an interview. It was the most helpful I watched that week. I watched it multiple times. I nailed the interview and got the job. Also, shared it with friends. They also got the job they interviewed for. Thank you so much for all the information.
Give an example of a time when you had to make a decision without having all the necessary information. What was the outcome? Please answer with an example, as I could not find any answer all over the Net !
I hardly leave comments on UA-cam. But using your strategy I was able to excel in my recent interview, and got a job offer the next day at a world renowned American company; writing down those stories allowed me to recall them instantly when I was asked situational questions. Thank you.
Thank you very much! I have my final face to face panel style interview next week. The recruiting manager had advised me to research behavioral-based interview. The bullet point keys helps me to gather my thoughts. Thank you!!!
Very good information -- if a question begins with "Tell me about a time when....." it is most certainly a behavioral question. I practice questions and do mock interviews with friends in my accountability group, so when I interview I never feel anxious. Be specific when answering an interview question. Use the STAR method with answering these types of questions.
I'm preparing right now, for one of these panel style interviews right now! I think these are excellent tips. I think all of us have stories to tell. Aren't they tucked away somewhere in our minds. Sadly, many of us lost the art of conversation, and failing to identify the things we do in our current jobs, or even life for that matter. This video challenges you to explore your past events. Heck, if you can't find a situation of your greatest weakness, you don't deserve the gig. Come on people we have to think, and express with SAR. We can do this! Thanks for a nice little video!
Thank you so much Michael, your advise and guidance was just what i need to help me get through my interview. I just got off the phone and was told I got the job. I will definitely share these videos with all my friends, keep up the good work, your advise is helping many like myself get over the huddle of job interviews
I have an interview tomorrow with arrowhead credit union and its at 12pm tomorrow. This video is so informative and i will be using all the tips and advice you've shown on this video to be the ideal candidate! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much. As crazy as it sounds - that piece of paper idea saved my sanity. I guess it helped me organize enough to get the stuff out of my head and on to paper. Now we'll see how tomorrow's phone interview goes.
Please I have one question if they ask you: During when you work in office, you see your friend there what you're gonna do : greet him and finish your work ? Or ignore him like he is not there and finish your work? Or greet him and tell him he is not allowed to be there during work and he needs to be outside waiting for you outside ???Thank you.
Thank you so much. This helped me put things in perspective and now I can organize my thoughts and come up with good answers to those tough questions. I was the guy who came up with all types of perfect examples once the interview was over smh lol.
Looking for a solution... I had behavioral based interview today, as a Project Manager for telecommunication industry. I kept on putting the scenarios for all their questions ( For example, Dealing with conflicts, Managing teams etc.).But i noticed that i kept on talking and talking for each scansion that i was explain, and it was only because i didn't figure out when to stop. Can you let me know, how to figure out that when is the time for you to stop?
