I'd take Joe Milton over JJ there's nothing special about McCarthy whatsoever. The runs he pulled off in college will not be there for him in the NFL. He does not have that kind of speed and he's certainly not running through anyone to me he's a late second early third round project somewhere between 55 and 85. Like i said i like Milton's upside better than JJ's far more NFL traits with Milton. He's bigger faster has a stronger arm and the accuracy is very comparable.

Even if you don’t like what you’ve seen the true Jr do, Milton is a 6th year guy. All the tools in the world but still was not accurate and slow in the process in Josh Hyples offense which made Hooker a Heisman finalist the year prior. If you are meaning as a TE then yes he’s got upside
