    I had the chance to meet him when i picked up my MAXX-D roll off trailer at Canady trailers. Great guy that helped me learn my set up and gave me good tips even though he didn’t have to!

    Great trailers but DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! I have a Maxxd ROX roll off and am happy with it for the most part but they skipped out on a very important step! . If your looking to get one of these roll off dumps do yourself a favor and do some comparing. One very disappointing thing I didn’t notice when I bought my set up was that they don’t have rear rollers on the trailer rails!!!! HUGE deal because you have to keep the rails all greased up so the bins can slide smoothly when pulling them up onto the trailer. Without the grease the loaded bins will chatter like crazy! All that grease makes a big mess all mixed in with dust from the landfill roads and it’s hard to stay away from the grease when you have to lean or step over the greasy rail to connect the winch hook to the bin. The frustrating thing is they are very close to the same price as all the other brands that have rollers like PJ Rollsters ,Texas Pride etc... I now regret going with Maxxd 😐 Now I’m getting quotes from local fab shops to add rollers like it should have had from the factory. Looking like a couple thousand dollars later it’ll compare to the other brands! I talked to a Maxxd rep about it and he just said the rollers can’t be added due to the design of the ROX but if you do a side by side comparison to the other brands they are built the exact same same way but have rollers.

      Hey Bryan, thanks for the input, we read your other comment as well. We can see that having to grease the rails is less than ideal in a lot of cases. Unfortunately, our current design only allows for three inches of clearance on the frame, which means wheels do not fit. Our RPX 16k Roll-off does have the wheels, but it has a larger frame as well. We will definitely take your thoughts in consideration, we need feedback from people like you that are out there using the product on a regular basis.

      Bryan, we've actually found a way to add rollers to this trailer, and we are beginning to implement the change already. Thanks for the input man!

    CDL, LLC general liability insurance, USDOT - in most cases, commerical truck insurance, etc...it gets costly to be fully legal and purchase nice and reliable equipment.

    Started with a maxxd rolloff setup great for the weekend warrior setup but not built to last. Nedland Industries builds the best rolloff trailer they are the way to go.

      The winch is rated for 22K LBS. It should have no problem loading up a loaded up bin!

      About 5 tons is max rated load, having said that, I’ve been able to pull 7 tons of payload in the dumpster, I would not recommend going over 5 tons, it only takes a foot or two of dirt and you’ll be at 5 tons of weight. I’ve had my MaxxD setup for a year now, it’s a pretty good system

    Are 16 ft dumpsters a good size to start?

    • @Maxxdtrailersofficial
      @Maxxdtrailersofficial  Рік тому

      Customers typically start of with a 14' ROX Roll-Off. The 16' RPX is built a little heavier and has a wider rail width for hauling equipment.

    I want to invest in a dumb trailer but do you Recommend me buying a roll off instead .I want to rent the Dumpsters out and still use ie to haul a Skeed steer and haul concrete and dirt .is this Possible

    • @Maxxdtrailersofficial
      @Maxxdtrailersofficial  3 роки тому

      Hey Gabriel! Yes, you can get a flatbed attachment for hauling equipment with the Roll-Off trailer, since the bins are too narrow to load most skidsteers. The 2' bins work great for hauling concrete and dirt, and the 4' and 6' tall bins are good for trash and lighter debris.

      Hey Daniel! They run about 3,900 MSRP, but check with a MAXX-D Dealer for exact pricing and availability:

    What truck do you use. Can I use a 2500 gas engine to pull these dumpster filled up ?

    • @Maxxdtrailersofficial
      @Maxxdtrailersofficial  3 роки тому

      It would probably be best to talk to someone who does this, but what we are seeing is most guys prefer a dually if they are hauling these day in and day out. Any 3/4 ton should have the capacity to haul the 14k ROX though.

    • @mojohauling2716
      @mojohauling2716 Рік тому

      My 2022 3/4 ton Ford with the 6.7 and 10 speed transmission have worked great, really don’t pull more than 16K with trailer and payload combined. The real benefit to a one ton is the extra heavy suspension.

      Not if the combined gvwr of both truck and trailer is 26k or less. In Oklahoma anyway. Most HD trucks that are single rear wheels are 12k gvwr or less, add a MAXX-D with 14k gvwr and you are good to go. MAXX-D will de-rate the 16k to 14k if you want them to, that’s very helpful if you want the heavy duty 8k axles but need to stay under 14k gvwr to stay legal.
