I know the country is changing, but there’s still a long way to go in terms of the mindset shift of the people. I would love to live here especially for the tax free income, infrastructure and food. I think Saudi Arabia should focus their attention on the city of Tabuk in northern Saudi Arabia because the weather over there is beautiful it snows on winter time they can invest like hundred to 200 billion $ make that place to invest for non-Arab Muslims they are a lot of billionaires non-Arab Muslims outside Saudi Arabia
All they have to do is make that city with a high-speed train connection make lot of brand new living area build mosques Islamic schools and connect that city with a high speed train with neom project using Japanese bullet train, which can connect both areas under 35 min
I believe that investment around hundred billion dollar plus on city of Tabuk will be very very interesting for Muslims are not from Saudi Arabia to go live there and open their millions of dollar businesses or building of dollar businesses over there which they can apply for permanent residence stay and I'll be one of them which I will move to that city ,to be honest because I like the weather there it's almost 8+ months perfect temperature under 33 Celsius with 30 to 40% humidity it snows on winter time right now. The temperatures after October at night time is like 13 to 15 Celsius at night you can breathe cold breeze in air and around December goes down to five Celsius, which is like my country of North Macedonia. I become from Albanian origin and I live in United States and I miss those kind of weather on winter watch, I can breathe cold air and relax my stress and stuff like that as a Muslim you know
