Kai Sotto is NBA ready. He has a positive impact on the NBA who picks him up on their rosters. There are more Filipinos who are potentially capable to play in the NBA. Some NBA superstars who came already to the Philippines like LeBron James, the late Kobe Bryant and many more, and yet NBA has not recognized the Filipinos. I hope this time the NBA will recognize Kai Sotto. He has millions of supporters around the Globe.

He already applied for the NBA draft a couple of years ago and went undrafted so he already is a free agent. So technically he cannot apply for the 2025 Draft. Instead, the best way for him is when some team invites him for tryout and offers him a one-way or a 10-day contract. Then let's see from there how he performsm

One thing that should stand out but has hardly been noticed is his super ambidexterity. He's that good in that regard that people are actually being lead to believe that he's a natural lefty but, no, he's actually right hand dominant. I would love to see a pure Filipino step inside an NBA court but its hard to have high hopes. He really has to dominate other leagues to turn heads.
He wasn't an NBA talent 2 years back, but I think now he could be. He has improved his game and physique fairly well, as well as, his endurance. If he can improve his jumper and master it, he'll be in the NBA floors, and be at least decent role player. His national team coach, used him like Phil Jackson uses Pau Gasol and it blossomed his game.
