Great stuff Ross. Plenty of action there and Barking is a busy station which is great to see. Nice to catch both 357008 and 016 shame 318 hasn't turn up by the time you were there but either way nice to see colas rail 37s on the test train and 6 freight trains as well. Thanks for sharing mate and have a great weekend. Take care, Arnold.
Brilliant video Ross!! Good to see some c2c although unfortunately it does suffer from a bit of a lack of variety although you did quite well to get the most out of Barking! Great to see a few freights there and the 37 test train was a great addition at the end!
Such a great place for variety. Good to see a train on platform 1 in the end. My office used to be on that platform when I worked there 10 years ago. Great vid Ross 👍🏻
Underground is a much bigger challenge than national rail so this one had quite a lot of moving pieces to make it all work. All being said, I’m. Really happy with the detail and presentation of it all. Thanks for watching! 😃
@maimadha I will but there aren’t that many of them to be honest! There’s a couple on the Chiltern mainline that I’m interested in, but I’ll have to see whether it will work out.
I asked the barriers, and they refused me access, giving me a whole lecture about permission and how I need to write to c2c in order to film here. To an extent, the Station Supervisor claimed the Guidelines that I presented to him only apply to the London Terminals and not onto here, which I thought was bogus of him to think off, not to mention the rude security guard on the platform, which I would rather not get into. Nevertheless, I decided to split my visits into multiple sessions and I was able to film, and interestingly no staff were an issue later on. So, a happy ending, nevertheless! :)
Thats a good question. All of the London Underground lines use what are called train descriptions to track trains. When a train runs to a set service pattern (A diagram) this has a number, 275 for example. Everytime this train reaches its destination whether in service or not, the trip number (starting at 1) will increment (add 1) so for example: Train 275/3 is the third trip train 275 is in the process of completing. You can see all of the train describers on the Working Timetables on the TfL website and they are always displayed on the front of trains (usually on a orange LCD screen). I hope this helps your understanding.
The LU Information mostly stems from the LU WTTs on their website. This was supplemented with some help from a friend in TfL. Sorry I can’t help any further.
@@StarlifeStudioswow that was quick! I’ve heard of Intertube before which I think has leading car number and can backdate a bit. Never tried it in practice though.
i love how simple yet relaxing these videos are
@@Toasted_IQ I always edit it to be as smooth as possible and hopefully the sound helps the immersion too! Thanks Toasted IQ 😃👍🏻
Nice one Ross! Good to see some c2c back on the roster mate! There is some pretty good variety at Barking. Thanks for sharing mate👍

Fantastic video mate 😊
@@jordanstrains3139 thank you. I’m glad you enjoyed. I’ve been trying to do this one for a while so it’s good to finally bring it to you. 😃
Amen❤
I have been to Barking and changed trains there. Also c2c have started using the new Class 720/6.
It's a pity that the TSW station is not so busy now.
The class 357 accelerates so fast geez
Didn't know you'd do London underground trains! 😂
Well, he did Upminster and London Underground trains stop there
Wonderful

do you use RTT for the mainline info?
(including elizabeth line, london overground)
Lovely video! Where did you get the intro music from?
I have never heard of this place where you're doing
Am surprised you got away with trainspotting here, c2c staff are not too friendly
I asked the barrier line staff and they were fine with it once I told them it was for UA-cam and not a private commercial company. Thanks.

I don't really get the london underground headcodes, what do they mean?
