really resonate with that control over the mind thing! there's so much going on today / things trying to grab ur attention so i've been thinking recently that it's important to find something to hold onto for longer / to ground yourself

    hey, professor honesty here.
as you all obviously know i am a trained giga phd in ultra psycho logies and my real and absolute abstract categorizations and utilizations of MEDICAL PSYCIATRIC DIAGNOSTIC OBJECTS such as, ocd and especially its symptomic etiology is true, non-ass-pulled guess work and universally applicable. make sure to use this high tech giga information to label, diagnose and organize the world, its inhabitatnts and of course your highly dysfunctional broken and mending selves. this has been double double blind extra tested to reduce "symtpoms" and other unease. science and progress, forever.
    p.s respect my authroitah
i am hoping to make less mental health realted vids soon, its just been a real vibe lately.

Yeah, as if mistakes aren't the fuel for change anyways. It's like our minds aren't conditioned towards there most ideal ends.
I can think about this so much lol.
I believe in you! Trust and accept yourself, you'll do great. All in due time 🙏

Another quick thing, I feel like actually being able to recognize mistakes is giga valuable, for so many reasons

@@honestytube2944 agreed completely, learning to be the ‘best’ version of yourself requires mistakes. everything is perfectly flawed and why would we be any different. learning to appreciate who i was has helped make me not despise who i am now, everything is a process and like you said all in due time
