Yes. His name is Al Murdoch. He is responsible for all the entertainment announcing at the NHL marquee events. The in-game stuff is covered by the local announcer (in this case Islanders PA announcer Alex Anthony). Al also serves as the announcer for Judge Judy's current court show Judy Justice.

@@tonygreene37 Yeah he's been doing it for 4 years now. Prior to 2020, everything was handled by the local announcers. Alex also announced the 2018 Winter Classic as well.
