    1. Deep-fried snacks - Avoid vadas, pakoras, bajjis, and other deep-fried snacks, which are high in unhealthy fats.
    2. Butter and ghee - Though ghee is used in traditional dishes, excessive consumption can increase LDL due to high saturated fat.
    3. Coconut oil (in excess) - Though coconut oil has some health benefits, it should be used in moderation as it contains saturated fats.
    4. Rich gravies - Dishes like kurma or gravies made with coconut cream, cream, or butter should be eaten sparingly.
    5. Full-fat dairy - Reduce the intake of full-fat milk, yogurt (curd), and cheese. Opt for low-fat versions.
    6. Processed snacks - Chips and murukku, often made with refined oil, should be eaten less frequently as they can raise LDL.
